Hello dear, I am so sorry for the breakdown in communication. We suffered a tragic sudden loss and had to close the business as we attended much needed tasks. I am sorry to learn that Royal Mail failed to deliver your item to you, an addtional factor was your order was placed on Amazon.co.uk not our website www.trendydivas.co.uk. This also had an impact on our communication as we had closed our Amazon seller account during this period and emails were not being transmitted to us . I have submitted a lost item claim against Royal Mail to establish what went wrong. I have sent you a number of emails on Amazon.co.uk without any response. Please if you have a moment to reply it would mean the world to us.
