Claudine was excellent throughout the whole process of preparing and revising my Will and LPAs and that of my wife.

She was patient, clear and very thorough, and took the time to explain the legal effect of different clauses rather than just making changes without explanation. I made several amendments to my Will, including specific property gifts, substitute beneficiaries, survivorship provisions, executor arrangements and some more personal family provisions, and she dealt with everything carefully and professionally.

What I particularly appreciated was that she was happy to challenge or clarify points where needed and explain why a particular form of wording was preferable. Her advice around the survivorship clauses and inheritance tax was especially useful, and she was very responsive when I spotted small details that needed correcting.

I never felt rushed, and I always felt that the final documents were being shaped around what I actually wanted rather than simply using a standard template.
