I love their pieces, BUT
I love their pieces. They are beautiful and are pretty decently priced. The only downside is that I have two pieces that need fixing (and should be replaced due to manufacturer issues), but there is no way to do so. I would have to reorder them and pay full price/or sale price. And another plus is that they don’t tarnish.

I always get my package on time and when the item is a custom piece they make sure to give updates on the production process. I also incurred an issue with the sizing of one of my custom rings as well as a lost package. The customer service experience was seamless and the representatives were polite, kind and attentive.
