I have been working with Stephanie at Tresor Rare. She has been very helpful in refilling my products each time I work with her. She is polite, knowledgeable, and very quick to get products to me. I truly value customer service and hope to continue working with her.

I guess I’m mostly mad at myself. I could tell they were trained in some terrible “treat customers like prey” program but it just feels gross.

Everyone was so smooth and so nice but so tricky and ultimately they got their prey.

The thing is they might be decent products but the whole experience is ruined by the gross tactics. Makes me think it’s not going to work at all. Especially because the “magic” eye cream that I could be a “model for” started pealing brown that very night.

I know I’ve been scammed but it hurts even more now. Shame on all of you for taking advantage of people at a time like this and shame on me for falling for it.

Even if I sell everything “thrown in” and the Perfectio X wand I was additionally sold on I’m still out $1,000 and I’m just passing the con on at that point.

I bought the Express 60 second lift in the Bahamas (Paradise Island) in February, 2020. I opened it once home in March. I dabbed around my eyes only to feel nothing and have my skin turn dark brown. I had to scrub this mess off with a washcloth. I have the lot and expiration number on the box which is July 2023. This had zero tightening feeling like it did in the store. I am now out the money I paid. I would like to exchange this product for the real deal. Highly disappointed. I kept telling the sales manager there I had to leave and he kept pressuring me into lower and lower prices. I finally gave in and ran to get back to the ship. Highly disappointed.

I have been using Tresor products for over two years now and couldn’t be more happy and satisfied! The lifting and tightening mask is hands down my absolute favorite! I have been getting so many compliments about my skin!

It was the first time I fell in love with this brand. Tresor Rare's exclusive luxury skincare items. Luxury perfumes, I am using regularly. Got plenty of compliments for the fragrance. Can be used anywhere, including an official meeting or casual outing anywhere. Stays sweet and strong for a very long time. It'll boost your level of confidence. I will never stop buying this.

I love Trevor Rare products! Excellent as always!

I walked in to the store in Kauai ,thinking it was an antique store and refused to let them treat my skin because of multiple allergies. I showed them 3 chemicals I am allergic to and they assured me that their products did not contain them.
I was given a glass of wine and talked into letting them try one product so I could see the results myself. The under eye bag treatment did seem to work. I left after purchasing 3 expensive products.
When I returned home, I read the ingredients on the two other products and they do, indeed contain chemical preservatives I'm allergic to. I cannot use them, so called the store. They apologized and said they would send the same 2 products in their "hypoallergenic line", because they don't contain the chemicals I am allergic to. They never sent them.
I also did not receive a refund.
After posting a negative review, I received an email asking if I would give them a chance to resolve the issue. I said yes. Still no products received and no further contact from them. They sound very nice in person and on the phone.

I was talked into buying the eye treatments while holidaying in Las Vegas. What ever they used in the shop , I’m not seeing the same results back home after spending $600. I was conned. The very nice bottles which are lively shade of blue, so impressive till the die comes off on your hand every time you pick it up! Really not a good product. No doubt this review will be removed. Tresor will not accept complaints!

There are good offers!but the menu is not very intuitive and it's hard to know the status of your order.

I walked passed one Treser Rare store when I was away for Holidays in Miami. The female salesperson offered me free samples in store. As a man I don’t really use anything apart from after shave. Actually to be fair they really good sales people. Eventually I cannot complain as I was leaving the store with a hand cream and they gave me the Treser Rare Pearl face cream. I paid $100. However the products are quite pricy. I would never pay $350 for a face cream.

Excellent customer service that stands by their product.

Get "instantly ageless" instead. It works exactly the same for a 1/4 of the price and it will ALSO leave a white film on your face like Tresor Rare.
Complete lies about how it works and scammed to make sure I couldn't take it back.

Its starts with an amazing product but then you have speedy delivery and great offers.

I had a terrible experience from buying Tresor Rare product from their branch store in Honolulu. I was walking in the mall and passing by the Tresor Rare store and got pulled by one of their female staff said she wanted to give me a free sample for for face, I told her I didn’t want to buy any thing. She said “ oh, it’s a free sample you don’t pay any thing”. So I was very naive following this girl into the store. Then she said to me there was another staff would put the sample on my face. And that’s was the moment that I got lured by their deceitful price selling game. The transition of one salesman to another was as smooth as melting candy, one moment I got sold to pay $299 plus tax $313 of 50% of express 60 second lift $699 (while eBay sold $102) and plus given a bottle free charge of ultimate protecting and defending cream $ 349 (while eBay sold $115.07 )by being from local customer and would received additional free facial treatment with no cost. And after formally introducing a 32 years old young professional product specialist he claimed himself was the owner of The Tresor Rare who owned Lamborghini, Porsch, boat and his father the founder of company owned a jet, living in Italy currently. He started showed four different products that would helped improving facial appearance by lifting face and neck without going through cosmetic surgery and would last 5 years if I followed the product instructions and would receive special price offer for there was company helping a conventional promotions in Hawaii. However, knowing there was coming a bigger selling approach I told the “ young Owner” I just paid over $300 and didn’t have budget to buy anything more. But he still tried and lured me for 5 free products with three years free re-filled if I buy the facial lifing cream with special offer of 50% of $8,000. I told him straight his face I don’t have that money, he said “ your husband has a good job right? I said my husband works two jobs and we have our limited budget . But he didn’t give up, he kept continuously lured me by supporting his soon to open a new store VIP and shows his customers of my real user
testimony if I could use his facial lifting products he would have given me all 5 of the facial products and enlisted me as a life time VIP customer as long as I made a purchase. And this time he lower the price from $4000 half of selling price $8000 to $2000. But I told him I had already spent $313 for the express 60 seconds lift, I couldn’t spend any more. And he said $1700 for the final offer because I had spent $313 to make it $2000 for the best offer from him. And I still rejected and this “ owner” eventually lost his warm, kind voice and he looked extremely unhappy with my answer and scolded me for misleading him I would have purchased or he wouldn’t wasted his time on me. At that point I knew I was right about these people actually was a well trained team like multiplayer, each one of them from the out side of door who hunted a potential customer in with a free sample trial and to the front room for the first product selling approach, when success with first purchase then smoothly brought customer to the final the most high cost room. Each sales person plays a distinguished role , they are like a highly well trained team member, each one of them has a amazing ability talking skill to convince customer to believe the facial cream put on their face was so amazingly great that they could not passed by not to purchase. The “ owner” said to me The Tresor Rare was made in Swiss land manufacturing in California and they use stem cell , Diamond, gold blend in to their facial products and make the effect and results of the product above all compare others products in the market.
Tresor Rare store by my opinion the way how they approach and sell to customers is deceiving and not honest! Worst business I have encountered by far! Be Ware of this stores and business! P.S. they asked me twice for my ID. But I refused. Be careful this!

We had a small hiccup with my order, but Tresor Rare more that rectified the issue...
