I found working with Trethowans was a very stress free experience. The staff with whom I communicated were always very pleasant and extremely efficient and helpful. At one point I had an interview via my computer as I live in South Africa where communications are not always reliable. Working with your staff members at such a distance was easy and trouble free. As first-time buyers, we were understandably nervous about the whole house-buying process, but from start to exchange of contracts, Annalee was absolutely amazing. She guided us through every step and made what can be an incredibly stressful process feel so much more manageable.

We managed to exchange contracts in under three months, which was no small feat given our very specific and rigid timescales due to being in rented accommodation. Annalee worked incredibly hard to navigate these dates and coordinate with the sellers’ solicitors, keeping everything moving and ensuring everyone was aligned. Her communication was fantastic throughout, and we always felt like our purchase was in safe hands.

Even when Annalee was away for a couple of days, she made sure we had seamless cover from her colleague Katy, who was equally as responsive and professional.
