No shipping and no customer service
Bought one of their products last summer in 2024...
Shipping status says it never left. Got froze with no updates for months. Tried to reach them out by mail and on all their social networks, they never reached back.
Many customers complain about the same issue, seems like they are deleting comments on their socials too. They only have time to promote and answer to hyped potential "clients"...
