Never have I left Trevor Sorbie Richmond salon feeling anything other than fabulous… and that feeling will last for months, which is money well spent in my view. Highly recommend :). Went for first time haircut at Hampstead after more than a year without a cut. I saw online they had 30 percent off for newcomer so decided to treat myself. The usual price would have been £90.
The hairdresser was nice but did not take anytime to ask me if I wanted something different or suggest anything new and basically gave me a trim. I had had the same from the local shop for £30. Then when i went to pay the woman at counter first said the discount was no longer available and i had to stand my ground to say i only went inline the previous day and it was being offered. She finally reluctantly agreed but it was no way to treat a new client and all in all a disappointment. Definitely not worth the money and I wont be returning.

Unprofessional in all aspects.
Booked an expensive cut and finish as a treat for my 16 year old. She went by herself and showed Anisa the pictures of what she would like. To be honest, she has a very thick and heavy healthy hair so I didn’t think her choice of finish would work but the hairdresser couldn’t be bothered to think about that and perhaps suggest something else?? She spent some time using all the salon curlers to no avail and then tried to curl using different methods but the hair stayed flat and my daughter was very disappointed. Moreover, this hairdresser managed to upsell a moisturising treatment which my daughter didn’t even realise she would have to pay for!! She refused all their drinks to save money because she was sure they would charge her for them. But they managed to make her pay extra for the treatment. Overpriced, very disappointing, not recommended, unprofessional.

I love their hair colourist but I have had two messed up hair cuts in December 16 and June 17 by two different hairdressers: Ilaria and "Sid". One side shorter than the other by half an inch. If you can't do the easiest haircut-straight blunt cut on long hair and no layers then you are not at all fit for your job. I am so angry. First time round I went ro have it corrected but this time I am not returning I am so livid, I am done with this salon for haircuts. My time and £60 wasted.
