wouldnt recommend because of their data security and partnership with changelly

They didnt take good care of customer data and now I am bombarded with phishing emails

they also have partnered with changelly which is well known for stealing user funds

Users are never required to use these services, and we always recommend doing thorough research before using any external exchange or provider.

As for the phishing emails — we understand how stressful and invasive that can feel. Just to be clear: we don’t sell or share customer data. Unfortunately, phishing attempts are common in the crypto space, and attackers often use leaked emails from unrelated sources or publicly available info to target users.

If you suspect anything suspicious or want us to take a closer look, please reach out via our chatbot or let us know, we’re here to support you.

Their methods of reporting a phishing attempt are not very good.

Their methods of reporting a phishing attempt are not very good. I searched everywhere on the website for an email address. I finally asked an AI and found out they want all support and phishing attempts reported to the chatbot, Hal. I did and Hal must be off today, because I did not get a response. An email address to forward the phishing attempt would make it so much easier.

Thanks for responding. My support ticket number is 51109, so you can review the case.

I understand that warranty policies exist, but the issue here is not only the warranty period — it’s the reliability of the product itself. A security device that costs around $250 and is meant to protect financial assets should not suddenly fail after just a little over two years with a “Fatal error” message.

The device still powers on when connected, but it displays a fatal error warning, which makes it feel as if the product was designed to fail rather than built for long-term reliability.

While I appreciate the 15% discount offered, asking customers to spend more money to replace a device that failed this quickly does not resolve the trust issue. Hardware wallets are supposed to provide peace of mind, not uncertainty about when the device might suddenly stop working.

Because of this experience, I will not invest more money in this brand again, and I cannot consider these devices reliable for long-term asset protection.

I hope my case helps highlight the importance of durability and customer support for products that are meant to secure people’s financial assets.

Per usual their customer service was responsive and help to get my problems as they always do I don't have a lot of problems with Trezor itself; they're usually just my lack of knowledge. They are always there and they are awesome!

I liked the reasonably prompt reply to my enquiry as to how to get my trezor suite to recognise my somewhat now dated Trezor one wallet and managed to achieve this on the second suggestion for rectifying the situation. Good to know there was somebody on the end of an e-mail that could respond directly to a very concerning situation. Great RELIEF.

Wonderful Training Session

The onboarding session was superb. Very clear and organized, guided and helpful! I learned so much and everything was broken down into easy, manageable steps. Very well structured and organized to make it helpful for a new user to get started. Instructor was right on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and had great answers for all my questions. Five stars!!

Trezor expert customer service is simply outstanding.

I’ve worked with Shawn a few times now, and he truly stands apart. His communication is excellent, he listens, and he makes sure your needs are actually addressed. Every time I’ve spoken with him, I’ve felt heard, appreciated, and genuinely cared for as a customer. That kind of service is rare.

Safety and privacy first

Notwithstanding the limitations applying to enter a subject that involves privacy and safe procedures, Nick was very helpful in explaining to me the basics of sending and receiving cryptos to and from Trezor.
