Impressive follow up!
I reached out after the holiday to inquire about the exchange policy. Even though I was outside of the written policy, they were gracious enough to extend me the courtesy of an exchange. Ultimately, we decided to keep the original product, but I appreciated that they reached back out to ask me about my decision, and if there was anything they could do to help definitely feel like it was a customer service above and beyond! For $180 I say it’s not worth it. I have a bigger chest and the top didn’t cover anything. The color faded after 3 times of wearing it. The material was super thin and sagged after wearing it a couple of times.

I absolutely love this bikini. The cut beautifully enhances the silhouette and the colors are stunning with a subtle, opalescent glow. I felt incredibly attractive wearing it, so much so that I’ll definitely be ordering more in the same style.
What really impressed me is how stable and supportive it is. It’s perfect for an active day at the beach — I was wearing it while taking care of my kids, with lots of bending, reaching, and lifting, and I always felt secure. Everything stayed perfectly in place, and my bust felt fully supported. Highly recommend!

Beautiful material & colors
Love the bright pink & the knit material. Fast delivery. The top is a little tight (I am 140lb, 5’9”, A cup) and very low but it definitely perks the girls up. I think when it loosens a bit it will be fine. The cheekiest cut looks great and the bottoms lay perfectly on the hips.

Cheap-clasp broke on two suits in a few months!
Save your hundreds on these cheap over-priced swimsuits. Bought two and the metal clasp broke on BOTH of them within a few months. Customer service was useless - said I needed to take better care of them. My suits from Target hold up better!!!!

One of the most annoying returns process I've encountered - you have to request a return, wait for them to email to confirm whether you want to return, email again, and then write down all the details, pay and organise the return shipment yourself. Wouldn't buy again.

Ill fitting, very uncomfortable
I purchased 3 bikinis, 1 for myself and 2 as gifts for family. On arriving at my holiday destination I popped my bikini on which was a crochet style and thought it seemed a little scratchy and rigid at first. I thought it might relax as the day went on but after 2hrs enduring the discomfort of the bikini, I had to go and take it off! It was so uncomfortable! I then messaged the family members I gifted the other bikinis to who were also on holiday at the time and both of them said they also had found the bikinis, ill fitting and uncomfortable. When I contacted the customer care team they responded with - we are so sorry you don’t like the bikinis, thanks for contacting us - not quite the response i was after! I then said, I’d like to return them and get a refund (£350) to which they replied - you would have worn them so no (basically). Just shocking response given my dissatisfaction with its the product. I will never buy these bikinis again, they are a completed ripoff and very poor quality and a terribly bad fit. Dreadful on every level! (Ps: I am 5’4 and 50kg, not a case of trying to squeeze into the product)
