Lousy logistics
The products look good on the webpage( yet to receive) but the logistics is killing it. I am not on the other side of globe but very much based in India. Tribal desert gives an estimated time of delivery post payment which i feel is unjust and deceiving. Plus the courier services they use maruti courier services or something are completely lousy. The product has been lying in my area since the last 5 days but still not delivered. As a customer who has purchased from tribal desert I do not blame the courier company rather the parent website from which purchase has been made. Maybe if they would have walked from the transit hub to my place, I would have had the product in my hand by now and this review would have been different based on the quality of the product.

The shipping wasn't really fast, but I think it is understandable considering that the orders can be from the other side of the globe. The product was just like the picture, beautiful and seems to be good quality. Also their customer service is very kind and the order came with a small extra gift (a pair of earrings). Overall really good experience
