Tried to return an online order to Liverpool store,,, was told cant return it there, i have to go to Chester or send it to Chester.
Their instructions for returning items is to return to Liverpool but they havent updated their website yet,,, so thats my error obviously,,, absolutely terrible customer service !!!

007 is perfect

Bought the 007 aftershave after an instagram review. Smells cheap, loud and generally unpleasant. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Honestly blown away by this companies ethos and customer service. whether that be in store or online. It’s all second to none.

Everytime you message every email is responded too quickly and always try the best to resolve it. And tbh most times it is.

I also had a faulty product. My bf has had many things from TS and this was the first. The man in store sorted me a replacement which was sent to my house a few days later. Couldn’t ask for better.

Great quality sportswear shorts are especially well made more stretch than other brands.

The quality of the products purchased are amazing! I purchased the new agility tops, the only criticism I would have is the sizing of the tops. I’m normally a large/xl however even the xxl is quite tight/clingy. Other than that the quality is really good, would recommend.

I’ve bought a number of items over the years and as always compared to the competition (Arne etc)the quality is absolutely second to none,the sunnies are no different,top quality and even better design ,love them.

Bought 2 pairs of sunglasses both very solid but not heavy which is a bonus unlike most other brands which cant get the balance right. Boss colours and got the free lanyards to go with them. Very easy to clean boss packaging and case aswell.

Bought the blue sunglasses, really love them. Really sturdy. Fab shape. The quality is just outstanding. From the box to the hanging rope, they're fantastic.
Best £30 I've spent in a long time.
