Customer Service Is Horrible
I have been awaiting return instructions due to the bench being damaged when o received it. I spoke with customer service twice and still have not received response. Will never order anything again.
I’ve now received a reply on my initial review that my email was in a spam folder, which is not true. A customer rep relayed he saw my email and would ensure it was escalated.

Guess I’m keeping it
Ordered a coffee table offered under the Bed Bath and Beyond logo. It arrived with dark spots all over it. The company tried to tell me they were natural makings in the wood, 20 of them? Use a different piece of wood. The buyer must pay to send it back. That would be over $50. Buyer Beware!

Nice products. Good quality. I had an issue with getting my order. I live in a brand new neighborhood and my address and home does not show up on GPS yet. I never received my order. So I called and after a series of questions they agreed to send a replacement order. With an added not to the shipping company, I received my order promptly. I am very happy with the furniture I purchased.

Love love love my new desk!
My mother and I both bought the same desk from Tribesigns. The desks are high quality and extremely sturdy. They took a bit to put together but the finished product was well worth it. We absolutely love our new desks and would very much recommend it to others. The only thing my mom regrets is that she couldn't get the desk in the brown color. Lol. Both desks arrived early as well. We are sooooo happy we invested in these!!! Thank you!
