I used the concierge service with the video book. Easy to use and a good result. The only issue I had was that my video book was not delivered on time because the company forgot to ship it on time. I did get an apology
Too little , too late

This was such an easy experience! The step by step guide walked me through the whole process. At one point, I had to ask a question through the chat feature..it was answered immediately and I was on my way. The recipient just loved it and I was very happy with the result!

I’ve created seven Tributes, and without fail the recipients are deeply moved and appreciative. I genuinely enjoy using the platform. I especially love the recent upgrades that have been introduced. The experience feels far more intuitive, and the new backgrounds and themes add such a warm, welcoming touch compared to the previous version. And more importantly, Tribute staff is helpful, patient and accommodating.

I have had a wonderful experience getting this video compiled with over 60 participants. I needed to group people, delete duplicates, and rearrange - which the support and concierge teams were most responsive to help me do. It made the experience fun and rewarding. I can't wait to present the video book to my husband at his surprise birthday party.

This is my third time using tribute. The recipient has always really loved it. It’s easy to use the support is great. We often don’t express our appreciation, love, respect and admiration for those closest to us…but at funerals it all pours out. This is a truly beautiful way to give those persons we love their flowers when they can really feel the love. I highly recommend tribute.com for any and every occasion that presents the opportunity to let a person know how loved they are.

Great way to get everyone involved from different locations! We were able to send a video to someone in Cancer care who can't be around a lot of folks - win win! Wish the message to the participants could be set DIFFERENT than to the recipient. Keep in mind, the "message / directions" will appear to both.

Tribute is an awesome and meaningful way to celebrate all sorts of events. This is the third or fourth time we’ve used this service and every time the gift has turned out really awesome. The whole thing is very easy to set up and oversee especially if you use the concierge to help edit and assemble the whole thing. This time we did the video book so we are excited to see how that turns out.
Sending reminders is also easy as it comes down to the deadline to submit videos and a lot of the work is done for you. I highly recommend!
