Affordable rates! The containers came in a box without any protective material to prevent anything from breaking during transit. However, nothing broke, thank God. Will purchase again. Next time please add some packing peanuts or bubble wrapper please.

Was looking to overhaul my spice cabinet and found exactly what i was looking for here! The site made it very easy to find the matching lids to the jars I was purchasing. In stock notifications were also handy since the glassware I was looking for was initially out of stock, but I was able to order exactly what I needed as soon as I got the email alerting me they were back. Super fast shipping and everything was packaged safely so nothing was broken upon arrival. Very happy customer!

My orders are not huge. However, POD treats me with care and respect in all areas. No matter how large or small, items are packed expertly and arrive quickly and in good order. Customer service is excellent. Products meet expectations as well. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the prices are very good, too! I am a repeat customer since 2018 and plan to continue to be a customer as long as POD continues to have the qualities I have described. 98% of my glassware comes from POD. The only things I have had to purchase elsewhere are items that they do not carry. Otherwise, I would purchase ALL of my glassware from Packaging Options Direct!

This was my first time purchasing containers from Packaging Options Direct, and I ordered 60 cases of glass jars. They shipped in a timely manner (1 week) and I received my order the next day after they shipped by freight truck. They were all received as described. Exactly what I needed, and in perfect condition. I have no complaints and will definitely be using them to supply my jars in the future.

I'm very happy with the multiple orders I've placed with Packaging Options Direct for my small skincare business. These frosted amber dropper bottles are perfect for what I need. The bottles are beautiful, packaged carefully and shipping was quick.

I ordered 100 plastic storage jars and matching lids. The items arrived well packaged in a sturdy box. They shipped them almost immediately upon ordering and I received my items in 24-48 hours. They offered a variety of options for lids that enabled me to get exactly what works perfect for me and their price per unit was better than the 8 other places I researched before choosing this business. In the beginning I did not receive my complete order and when I informed the company, the first response I received was very unprofessional, but then Susan Stallins stepped in and helped to sort the issue out. Susan was extremely professional and assured me that I will receive the missing items, which I did. Unfortunately I did not receive the items according to the timeline that I needed, but then the shipping was international, so I cant fault Susan and her efforts there. I am very happy with the quality of the items and would definitely use Packaging Options Direct for my future needs
