I have bought in store and online. Service is faultless. Lots of styles and sizes. Items are delivered the next day. Brilliant experience

Dreadful customer service and no brands that can not be found in Selfridges or online

I purchased a pair of jeans from Trilogy in Marylebone. I kept the labels attached, including the one with the Trilogy logo. I misplaced my receipt, and went into the store to ask for a credit note, or the possibility of an exchange. I was greeted by a reticent customer service assistant, who told me it was store policy not to do offer anything, when I pushed the issue, she said at best they could offer an exchange for the same value and then had the audacity to say or for more. Having received such an appalling experience I would never shop there again, or indeed spend more money, given I had clearly asked for a credit note at the start. Especially, as they do not carry any brands that Selfridges or Harrods stock and with a far better approach to customer care. I would also note, the changing rooms need a refresh and a clean.
