Advertises in Norwegian and everything seems to indicate that the product will work in the country that it is trying to sell to. But tricking customers into buying a product that cannot be used in large parts of the world. Does not get a refund and the product that is being sold is simply flammable. 36V cannot be used in countries with 110-220V. If it says that the product works on 36V, then you will not get a refund. It should be stated at the top that the product only works in countries that have 36V as standard.
