Terrible. They say that most orders ship in 3-5 business days. Two weeks go by and I call in because I haven’t received my order. They say they will escalate it and get it shipped. Then another two weeks go by. Still nothing so I call to cancel. They refuse to fully refund my order and say they can downgrade my order from a 6 month order to 3 month and refund the rest. Unacceptable. This is a scam.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 2 weeks now. I messaged through the portal trying to cancel, the responses I received was them trying to convince me to cancel. I said not interested in renewal and then all of the sudden the same day after several “no I don’t want it,” I can’t cancel because product was shipped out. Mind you my renewal isn’t for 3 weeks. I have been messaging everyday since then to cancel my subscription and no one is responding. I have left several messages when calling customer service, since you never get a person on the phone. They said they will call you back and nothing.
This is horrible customer service. You should be ashamed.

I paid for a 6 month prescription. After 12 weeks, I was sent a Follow up form with link. I filled it out. Instead of receiving a refill for the remaining 12 weeks of medication I already paid for, I was charged $1918.00. No one answers the portal communication, no answers my emails, I called three times both times told I would receive a full refund for their error, yet no confirmation number. I was also advised the billing department would contact me that same day, yet still waiting on that two days later. Verbal conversations did not provide me with confirmation numbers of my supposed refill for a fraudulent new prescription that I did NOT authorize or ask for. I merely wanted the rest of the medication I originally paid over $1300 for in February. I was also told by TrimRX that they could not give me the billing departments phone number nor could they transfer me to that department. One employee stated they were short staffed. I would NOT recommend this company.

It is simply not true that they respond to inquiries. It is deplorable to launch a business in this manner—one where all the reviews are negative, and where they fail to answer emails or phone calls. Anyone who wishes to verify this need only try calling their numbers to see for themselves. I placed an order on May 5th and have yet to receive anything. I have already taken action; there are groups on Facebook currently organizing a class-action lawsuit in California, and I encourage other users to seek them out and join this cause. Given that they are operating with everyone's money, they ought to at least hire staff to handle customer complaints.

I have tried to contact TrimRX to cancel future services & request a refund with zero response after receiving meds from them filled by Casa Pharma RX that seem to be all B12 only. Terrible service all the way around.

This is a horrible company- Before giving you your approval or dosage they bill you and then there is NO WAY to get ahold of them. It is the worst company ever and should be avoided at all cost. I think I have a legal argument since I wrote the Dr back 5/1/26 and followed up with three emails and a voicemail because I have questions about the MEDICATION. No response. Anyone want to join a class action suit?

The first order that I placed there wasn't a problem and I had communication with a team member, the second order has been an unmitigated disaster, they e mailed me that a payment would be taken from my account on the 9th of May with medication to follow 2/3 days later they took the payment out on the 4th and after over 23 phone calls 18 email messages just trying to get information as to how you gain access to the portal is an absolute joke .I'm still waiting for my medication that has been paid for and communication with someone from your company. I actually went with your company because I was impressed with the after care communication offered. Boy was i completely taken ! ( sad part is I archived great results on the first month and was looking Forward to continuing you should ga cc e more respect for the people who put their medical trust in you !!

Three days no return from customer service inquiry, despite in app messages emails and phone calls. Tried to cancel order refused, it had not even been forwarded to the pharmacy they use, pharmacy refused to cancel, pharmacy refused to accept back, refused package due to perishability, history of class, action suit of this company by citizens of California, history, online Better Business Bureau, and other sites indicating charges and receiving no product, absolutely poor customer response and not straightforward advertising that there trizepitide injections are compounded and NOT FDA approved! It’s buried in the fine print Including if accidental press of purchase button absolutely no cancellations. Ridiculous Scam company.

Second round with trim Rx. Had no intention of second 3 month round. They charged me anyway since they had my card on file. I decided I would accept but had since moved. I’ve tried for 6 days to get the new address and received NO correspondence. Casa Pharmacy can’t change the address, trimrx will not respond. $900 of meds will be wasted in the summer heat. Plan is to dispute the charge . It’s absurd. This would be so simple just speaking to a human . I’ve spent 6 days of probably 8 calls and multiple emails on to their so called patient portal. Not one response.

I was approved for medication 4/30/26. I have not received the shipment or confirmation that it has shipped, however, I was charged. I have sent several emails through the "Communication" section in my account and have not received a response. It's extremely frustrating that no one can bother to respond to customer questions.

I paid for a 12- month plan in February, when it was time for the company to send me my refill they took another $3518 out of my bank account! I have sent messages through the portal. I have sent an email through their website, I have sent an email directly to them, I have called several times and left messages and no response! They have completely drained my bank account and are not responding to me!

My experience with TrimRx I started the treatment plan in February and the program was very successful but when it was time for me to re order my medication they had no records that I was taken it and customer service continue to redirect me that someone will be contacting me in 24-48 hrs never received a phone call from them and I started contacting them to order new prescription on April 29 I think this is a good program but they don’t have good communication skills and also I think they want you to start the program over for more funds don’t use this company because they have bad communication skills and they are not honest
