I only order their cutting fit powder and with the powder on their original order, they added two gifts.Some cellulose cream and apple cider vinegar.But when they charge my account, they charge me for those items even though they on the receipt, it said zero amount.So now i'm chasing them to get a refund for products that I did not order.And I still haven't gotten the cutting powder, and it's been over two weeks

My trial order was never delivered, the shipping link sent to me was useless. It's been 17 days, never delivered. I contacted customer service to cancel my future orders, I was told no problem. They charged me for the full amount 6 days later.
The phone number they give for credit card transactions 855-801-9736 is disconnected.

I have yet to receive my order and now this company has attempted to charge me again for an order I did not place, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I ordered from them on March 24th and still haven’t received my order. I have tried to contact them for a number of times throughout this past week, and still no response. When I track my order it’s been saying a shipping label has been created for about 2 weeks now. When I went on their social media pages I’ve noticed that there were so many people who have the same exact issues that I have with this company. Not on one social page but on a few of their sites. I can not believe this. I am so disgusted with this company. I wish that I knew to check this site out o them before I purchased. Smh

Absolute scammers hasn’t been delivered and they’re stealing more money from my account. Having to get the bank involved to stop this fraudulent activity.

The other reviews agree what i was thinking being waiting 6 weeks plus for my order asked for a £20 refund they offered 10% then 20% I said I wanted a full refund i not hard up for £20 its the principal in the end i told them to forget the whole thing if I get my order it will be a bonus I will not use them again and if they are hard up for £20 then good to them CED HILL (would of given 0 stars if I could)

They completed a purchase and charged me without me even putting in a credit card or clicking buy, twice, by programming navigation buttons to act as one click buy now buttons through SHOP so if you have a credit card on file with the totally legit merchant service that is SHOP, you get charged even when you didn’t buy anything. Number to call doesn’t work. No response to email. Manage account or manage subscription only allow you to buy more. Had to remove my credit card from SHOP because I was afraid they would make the cancel button a buy now button through SHOP in disguise. So while browsing I ended up with two charges and a subscription. Then they said it shipped within hours before the charges posted and could be disputed. No way to get in touch. They are crooks. Stay far away.

I would like to say I have also had problems with these so good to be true products, lost money no products or customer support.
Lesson learnt is never buy anything new without first trusting TRUST PILOT saves money and frustrations.

I do not think they need even one star. I was told my order will be delivered in 5-7 business days. I ordered on March 27th. When I emailed them AGAIN because it has not arrived or moved since day one, they ghosted me. I also tried to call the number and OMG….. NOT IN SERVICE!! So not only am I out $50, I also feel dumb for letting this happen!

Ordered 20th march.

Had an email to say with EVRI, no updates since 21st march.

Emailed trimtaste, no response and now I can’t load their website!

Total scam, do not order

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Trim Taste. My parcel has been “with Evri” for over two weeks with no updates or movement.

I contacted Evri, and they advised me to speak to Trim Taste as the sender. However, Trim Taste refuses to take responsibility or provide any real support. I’ve essentially been passed back and forth between both companies with no resolution.

As a customer, this is unacceptable. The retailer should take ownership of delivery issues and help resolve them, rather than leaving the customer to chase the courier.

I would not recommend ordering from Trim Taste based on this experience. Poor customer service and lack of accountability.

Total SCAM!!! I ordered, and have yet to receive my products. I've emailed them, they did respond, but unable to give an ETA on when the product should arrive. On top of all of that, they have "magically" signed me up for a subscription. When emailing the customer service team to remove me from the subscription, they keep pushing the date back a month, as if I don't see that. I will have to go through my bank to get this resolved, they are RIDICULOUS!

Ordered over almost a month ago, they do not respond to my emails. Worst customer service ever. Unable to get my refund. I have a order number that is in transit without moving NOT RECOMMENDED - possible SCAM

Do not buy from this company they are a scam I purchased over 2 weeks ago and I’m yet to receive my product and they are no help in rectifying the situation. Save time and don’t purchase from them
