One of the worst internet provider I…
One of the worst internet provider I have ever had, they have forced me to belong to them otherwise I had to pay a bill of more than 200 euros!!!!!
My partner and I were thinking about glasvezel, by chance we got a young door to door sales advisor who promises we can change to Trined with absolute no problems, that they deal with our actual internet provider and promising we will pay less of what we were paying. One month later they send and email that they could not arrange anything with our former internet provider, that was not possible to continue. We have look for a new option (As everyone probably could have done). Two weeks later we got an email from Trined that now was possible to change.we asked No thanks, unfortunately we have a new internet provider found, thank you it is fixed. Not necessary.
Trined didn't accept NO and charged a bill of more 200 euros for cancellations.
Now we are pushed to belong to Trined otherwise we must pay this bill!!!
I have called customer service many times, every worker explain different excuses!!!
PD: we are paying much more of what they promised!
Don't do it! Avoid this company.

Hallo Rosana, Als je een abonnement afsluit heb je 2 weken de tijd om het te annuleren. Daarna zetten wij alles in gang om de diensten te leveren. De kosten die we dan maken brengen we in rekening als de klant NA de bedenktijd besluit alsnog te annuleren.
Ik wens je toch veel plezier met onze diensten.

I asked AI but unsuccessful.
I asked AI, with many subquestions, but answered remained incomplete. Trined did immediately knew what it was talking about, helped me with few subquestions. And were able to check my settings in the end.

Service by local staff beyond expectation
I asked Trined for a new router adapter as the current one stopped working.
The company replaced the complete router with a new, up to date device. And above this, the co-operators did this on their regular day off, it was installed in no time and I got some additional advice.
Unfortunately I don't recall their names...

A man willing to listen to the customer with a problem. And also willing to solve the problem. A kind man and fair!

Internet connection
This organization steals both time and money.
- The only connection that works in our neighbourhood for videocalls is the most expensive (1000mbps)
- They take around one month to pay the deposit back.
- Some of their representatives struggle to communicate in English properly.
- Is expensive.
