Efficient, clear and friendly process
It is a very simple system to be able to chat to someone so easily on the messaging and I found uploading the evidence on my phone a really simple task. I must say it has been the most efficient insurance claims process I’ve had to complete for any previous ones. Friendly and helpful replies from the staff aswell rather than just blunt responses made it feel like someone cared and it was a nice personal touch

Dan McCourt was extremely professional and patient. I had an awful flu the firtst time we spoke and he was incredibly mindful of that. He explained everything in a way that I could understand (not being a car expert) if Dan is a reflection of all Trinity Claims staff, once I get a new car, will take that in to account when looking for new car insurance.

The claims portal was easy to use but the claim took too long to go through
The claims portal was easy to use to make the claim and track it's progress. Progress was very slow though at the different points of the claim - where we were told contact would be made within 5 working days it was more like over 7 days on 2 separate occasions. It took almost 2 months to arrange and complete work on a drain pipe close to the manhole which needed sealing. Although grateful the claim was paid out this took far too long to finish and we were left without the use of our downstairs toilet throughout this.
