My experience was amazing!
My experience was fantastic. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The staff in the test area were not only professional but also respectful and friendly with me. Despite being a bit nervous during the test, I felt confident with the interviewer who demonstrated being a professional person.
Regarding the localisation, I appreciated the place; however, I would suggest to have a special room for the candidates, especially people who live far away from London to wait their turn to take the test.
Overall, my experience was amazing.

I recently visited Trinity in Manchester and had a fantastic experience. What really stood out to me was the staff—they are absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Excellent service makes all the difference, and the team here nails it. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them!

Excellent support and exam preparation resource.
My experience with Trinity College London was very positive. The Study Pack is an excellent exam preparation tool and was an invaluable resource in helping me understand the exam format and expectations.
In addition, the staff are welcoming, professional, and always willing to provide assistance and support.
The registrars clearly explained the procedures and repeated the instructions several times to ensure that everyone fully understood them.
The Listening and Speaking examiner also conducted the exam in a professional yet relaxed manner, which helped me express myself freely without feeling too nervous.🙏
