It would be helpful if we had a waiting room at the test centre. People who come by public transport cannot reach at the exact specified time. If they reach little early, it is helpful to have a waiting room to sit down. I was literally waiting on the road platform outside the test centre.

I recently took my B1 English exam at Trinity College, and I had a very positive experience throughout the process.

Everything was well organized from the beginning. The staff were professional, respectful, and very helpful. They treated all candidates with kindness and courtesy, which helped create a calm and comfortable atmosphere.

The examination procedures were clear, and the staff paid close attention to details, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and fairly. The physical environment was also excellent. The facilities were clean, well maintained, and provided suitable conditions for taking the exam.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Trinity College. I would like to thank all the staff for their professionalism and support, which made the examination process pleasant and stress-free.

The waiting area is large with ample space and seats. Accessible toilet. The staffs were efficient. Seamless arrangement in exam process and no need to wait long time

Overall, the assessment experience was very good. I found the process clear and well organised.
One small point I would like to mention relates to preparation guidance. While preparing for the assessment, I watched the recommended webinars, which advised candidates to demonstrate conversational skills by asking questions.
However, during the assessment itself, the pace felt quite fast, and there were limited natural opportunities to ask questions. I felt that I could only do so when prompted directly by the assessor, rather than incorporating questions more organically into the conversation.
It may be helpful to ensure that the preparation guidance more closely reflects the structure and pacing of the actual assessment, or to allow slightly more space for candidates to demonstrate this aspect of their communication skills.
