Fantastic service.
The initial chat was open and honest, a ‘no-pressure’ conversation with clear cost breakdown. Chris was extremely personable and patient and proffered very helpful advice even when it became obvious that we might not progress with our initial request. From the very first call we received, It was obvious
that we were listened to. There was no pressure or sales tacticts used. The pitfalls of not protecting our finances were explained exceptionally well.
Sarah and Christopher were always very polite and friendly and make us feel relaxed. They were willing to spend as much time as it takes to get things right for us. They are also very professional and knowledgeable in their approach.
As a Christian myself it was great to deal with a Christian company who purpose through their work is to advance the Kingdom.
