I had often ordered their products with no problem. I placed an order in December and one in January. It is now mid March and I have received neither order. I also have gotten no response to multiple emails I have written to them giving the an opportunity to explain and make things right. Very disappointed!

Never order from this company! While the product used to be good, the quality has declined, and the shipping is TERRIBLE!!!

Never received product. No refund. Stay away. HORRIBLE COMPANY

This company took my money in August 2025 I have not yet to see my product or get any of my money back every time I email them cause there’s no number posted for this company I don’t get a response do not buy anything from this company you will not get your product they will not send you your money back and there’s no way to contact them.

Ordered September 2025 and today it’s February 2026. Haven’t received order. Run around from customer service. DO

I can't believe this business is still able to operate. They never sent my item to me - and ignored my requests for my money back. It is been almost two years and all I get are emails that are not personalized. They say, give us two more weeks.

I purchased multiple items, and none arrived. They sent messages saying it had shipped, and when I contacted them to let them know that the items never arrived, could they please provide the tracking information, they apologized, said they had a backlog, and that the items would ship soon. The items never arrived, they never provided proof that they had ever been sent, and they refused to issue a refund. Eventually, they stopped responding, and when I reported the case to the Better Business Bureau, they didn't respond to that inquiry either. Don't waste your money; there are other companies with a more ethical business practice (although sending what had been paid for shouldn't be about ethics, but here we are)

I placed an order in July,2025. And in Nov still hadn’t received my order. After many emails and empty promises I finally contacted my credit card company to get a refund. I don’t understand what’s going on with this company. I’ve ordered from them before and the product and concept is great. But now it makes me wonder if they are just taking people’s money and not even planning on delivering the product.

SCAM!! Long delays, no delivery, no refund

I placed an order in April 2025 and was charged immediately. After months of delays and repeated generic responses from customer service, I still have not received my order or a refund as of December 2025. Based on my experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution.

I had used this company quite a few times with no issue other waiting at least 3 weeks for my order. However my last order was placed on 12th October and 3 weeks later had not arrived so I emailed and they replied dispatches where delayed but my order would be dispatched 18th December. Guess what still waiting emailed again and told would be despatched 15th January. I have asked for a refund which has not been responded to Do Not Use this company waste of time and money. Shame as the product I had been using was really good but I wouldn’t trust them again.

Ordered 10/13/25. Still no product. Wasted no time taking payment!!! Two emails a month apart give empty promises and no action. "Give us till Dec. 30 to ship your order." I gave up on their eyebrow stamping kit--could never get them right. I love their razors, but will most likely have to go elsewhere since the ones I ordered may never arrive and from the sound of other reviews, I'll never get a refund either. Stay away!!!!

I purchased 4 items on October 1, 2025, and to date, my purchased products have not arrived. I've only received, like many more customers on this thread, apology emails with empty promises of future dates of arrival for this product. I've made several requests via email for a full refund, and haven't received my refund nor my purchased items. Stay far away from this company, something is not right about it dnd the way it does business.

Order never shipped — refund refused
I ordered on 23 August 2024 (#538368) and after multiple missed promises, including a guaranteed ship date of 25 November, nothing was sent. They are now delaying to mid-December and still refusing a refund.
I’ve now reported the transaction to my bank.
Avoid this company. I would advise everyone to do this and maybe they will stop scamming people. This is the second time they have done this and they obviously don’t ship unless people really make a fuss.

This is one of those companies with a good idea, and presumably a good product, but a bad business model and structure. They have a fulfillment problem, a customer service problem and communication problem. I ordered a product weeks ago and I don't hear from them except when I reach out to them and ask what's going on. Then they tell me wait two more weeks. That time comes and goes and I have to reach out again, and same story.

This is rhe biggest scam ive had in along time. Ordered in August we are mid october and still no products. The refuse to refund and just keep saying the product will be delivered which by then will be dry and unusable.
Do not order from them and I recommend a claim should be started as this is just stealing money from people.

I ordered in July 2025 and they keep telling me my items will be shipped and creating new shipping labels. They've told me that they're sorry, and that it'll be shipped in a few weeks - they tell me this every few weeks. I've ordered in the distant past years ago, and shipping was slow, yes, but I at least received my eyebrow stencils!

Now, my experience is way different. I wonder if they're hoping I'll forget about this order and they can keep this? Maybe this is what they do to many customers and get away with it?? Based on other customer reviews and experiences on various platforms like Google and Reddit and BBB, I don't trust them and they don't seem to have refunded others. I don't trust them and others should be wary - there are so many other reliable businesses out there who wouldn't create such a poor and negative customer experience.

Placed an order in June. It's now October and still have not received my order. Nothing but excuses and "please be patient" "we have experienced shipping delays" "we are overwhelmed with backorders and yours is one of them" responses to my numerous inquires. I am done. This company is the absolute worst at order fulfillment and keeping items stocked. I have been waiting over a year for an eye shadow trio to come back in stock. And all the while, they continue to send me emails offering sales and promoting their products. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM OF A "COMPANY". They are inept and should be out of business. You've been warned...

I ordered with them initially in the summer of 2024 and loved the products so much! When I ordered a refill, the shade of the pomade was an entire shade darker than the previous one I ordered (they said they would send a replacement order- never received it and that was about 1 year ago). Then tried one more time to order a different shade of the pomade, and that was in May 2025 and here we are in October and I have yet to receive anything! I have reached out multiple times with the same reply, kindly give them until the end of the month to ship the order and I have still not received anything. When I requested a refund because I was tired of waiting, no response. Very very frustrating, especially since I truly love the products but will never purchase from them again!!

Do not order from this company- even if you've ordered from them before and had a great experience. I ordered from them a couple of years back and couldn't have been happier with the product, so naturally when I ran out, I decided to order it again. I ordered the brow trio at mid to end July. Here it is the end of September and still haven't received it. I emailed their customer service after looking up the tracking number several times to see that the package was sitting somewhere in Arizona, requesting that they just cancel my order and refund my money. Their customer service person emailed me back and gave me the tracking number (which I already had) and assured me the package was on its way. I waited a few more days, continued to check the tracking number and still nothing. Still just hanging out in sunny Arizona (can't blame the package, I would also like to be hanging out in AZ). I replied to customer service and said, "No thank you, I would like you to cancel my order and refund my money." They replied some generic BS about apologizing for the delay, and that it seems that the package was stuck at a mailing facility in Arizona. No sh*t Sherlock- I already knew that (I didnt say that as my Momma raised me better and to be polite to people- i did however think that). Told them AGAIN to cancel the order and just refund the money. No reply since. No refund. Contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. The BBB contacted them with the complaint and they never replied to them either.

Anyway. Save your money (and time) and avoid this company.

This is the second time I placed an order and had issues receiving it. I placed an order in June and still have not received product, yet they continue to state items back in stock. Try Anastasia brow products. At least you know you will receive your products.
