I have been a saver with Triodos Bank for a number of years and find
it the most Green and Ethical of all the types of such types of investments. I like the wide range of environmentally and humanistically deserving projects it funds and supports. And find its updates about these very informative and inspiring.

I had forgotten how to complete a particular transaction. I was guided through the process with patience and kindness by the person who answered my call. This response fit with my overall impression of Triodos. I get a sense of community, mission and positivity from all of my interactions with the bank. The information about the ethical and ecological investment of funds in AGM and newsletters is excellent.

Excellent customer service. My request was expedited very quickly. A big thumbs up from me.

Being a smaller online bank you really do get a feel of the care they have towards their customers. Their customer service if excellent.

Not only ethically and environmentally sound, but Triodos provides a great customer experience. Staff are always helpful and able to give the best advice. The mobile app is easy to use and makes banking easy. I would definitely recommend.

Not only is Triodos an ethical bank with very good investment policies, it also has outstanding customer service. If I need to ring a helpline, it is usually because something has gone wrong and I am in an absolute panic, so it was great yesterday when I got through to an advisor at Triodos Bank very quickly. There was none of this being sent round in circles by an automated system, nor of having to explain the problem to half a dozen different people. The advisor was exceptionally calm, and as a result I felt calmer too. She dealt with the problem very efficiently, and all was well. I really recommend Triodos Bank.

In this complex, confusing and often corrupt society of ours, it is very pleasing to use a bank which puts people not profit first!
We follow the bank’s activities through its online events, such as its aim or more specific focus-events.
We are climate aware activists but above all we are caring grandparents and citizens.
We try to keep well-informed and reach out to our family and community in the hope that there will be a future for mankind.Keeping well away from the traditional money market is one way we hope to bring about change.
Triodos, reach out to as many (future) customers as you can. We don’t see enough marketing of you and your products. Please do more to bring about the change we all need!

I've been with Triodos for over 4 years now and it's been a very positive experience. I mainly switched over because I didn't want my investments going towards environmentally damaging companies so I've appreciated Triodos' transparency regarding where my Stocks and Shares account is invested. Anytime I've reached out to customer support, I've always been very satisfied with the service I receive. They've quickly resolved issues or answered my questions.

Initially unsure that money transferred was reaching my account so phoned Triodos for advice. Reassuring message advising of my place in the queue and not too long to wait for an advisor to respond. Reassured by helpful, friendly staff on the phone. Straighforward to log into app on phone and to log onto website for messages etc.

1st class banking institution with "Green" credentials so making it an environmentally friendly bank..

Not only is this bank one of the most ethical there is, if you need help ( and being an old and very bad at using technology I do from time to time) it is very easy to put yourself in the hands of a real person at the end of a telephone. They are unfailingly helpful, patient, and not in the least condescending.

They cancelled all my direct debits. Mortgages, utilities, everything. An account I used for 20 years, all my salary into, all my bills out of... they changed without telling me, into a savings accounts which doesn't allow direct debits. And they didn't tell me... I found out when a DD failed. They didn't tell me in 3 separate phone calls that my account had changed. THIS IS NOT AN ETHICAL BANK. They are using ethics as a marketing ploy. No ethical institution would act like this.

I decided to bank with Triodos because of their ethical policies.
I'm glad that I did, as even for someone not good with using technology, I have not had any problems with their systems.
When I ring, I get a quick response and get to speak to a real person!
Everyone I've spoken to has been helpful and reassuring which counts for a lot.

Banking with Triodos feels great-I dont have to worry about how my money is being used. Never had a problem-great customer support. Looking forward to seeing it grow!

Great to find a bank that lends to sustainable businesses & has some ethics!

The staff are always helpful and when you phone you are not usually greeted with "we are experiencing a higher number of phone calls than usual" which we all know means that the company are not employing enough receptionists and those who are there are being used as though they are robots.
Investments are transparent and the bank is not subject to TV programmes for laundering money o n a global basis .Try Triodos you won't regret it.

After 25yrs of trouble-free banking, I made an ethical choice to switch to Triodos 6 months ago. I don't have words to say how much I regret that decision. Literally everything has been a headache from start to finish - from getting my debit card to work, to logging into internet banking, or making an online payment. Today they told me they had detected malware on my computer (there isn't) and held back payments to one of my accounts with another bank. This was massively anxiety provoking until I was able to verify my computer was secure. As a result of this I decided to close my accounts with them, but they are not letting me have access to my money until they have completed a money-laundering investigation. They can't give me any indication as to how long their investigation will take. Triodos say they are legally required to make these checks, but it is due their own 'low risk tolerance' policies and nothing to do with legislation. Either that, or my other bank acted illegally when they allowed me transfer the money to my Triodos account without performing the same checks. When someone takes your money without your consent and refuses to give it back, it's called stealing isn't it?

My login detail’s didn’t work three times, no idea why, but I rang the given number and a kind woman waited to ensure I got through as I fumbled with the login again. Can’t remember her name but I was grateful for her patience.
So often an older generation are dismissed if we have problems, this was so refreshingly positive.

The call handler was sympathetic and thorough whilst dealing with a recent issue. I felt confident that the security of my account was assured.
