Very poor communication with customers and customer services
I wish I could access my account (Its been a while now and no luck). But to speak with a customer services agent who refused to pass me on to their manager and who hung up on me was EXCEPTIONALLY poor. Seriously third world service! I am so disappointed and am now looking for an alternative ethical bank in Germany- Why wasnt the original app updated? This makes me think there were security concerns and you are not being transparent with customers! Why make us download a new app and then have to wait for you to POST us a new code to access it? WHY????
