Fraud company. Booked my connecting flight through US without ever mentioning transit visa even when you are not changing the airport.

After 3 years they told me ur refund airline denied

I really wish to give them zero. worst customer service and worst agency. They received my money from the airlines and not refunding it for unknown reasons. They are very bad and say the same words about waiting and we are working on it. I wish we can make a complain or take it to a more serious level. any ideas?

My tickets were freeze till.March 2023 and now when u need to travel I called the airline and they told me that your agency already claimed for refund and we have refunded the money . So contact agency I spoke with them and they oh we just receive tax money refund ask from airline . Again I called them and they told me it's wrong someone has to contact us for refund we are not doing at our own and 2nd your tickets were issued during corona time so they have travelling validity of 2 years and even if we will receiverefund request we are refunding full money not tax . Agency is wrong. Speak with them and tell them to make conference call. Spoke with them and they are saying same things and refuse to satisfy or make conference call. And still if u got refund atleast u should inform customer but no. Will never ever book with them

Never ever book with this agent. If you would like to simply lose your money with no hope to get it back then ignore my advice to you. Agents are simply giving contradicting statements and your issue or refund won't be happening. All what you will get is just some vague promises that your issue will get resolved soon.
I wish I have gone through the reviews prior to getting cheated or let's say blinded by the cheaper ticket price.

Please, do not book through their agency, i just lost my 2000 usd ticket. Scamsters!

Need someone to block their website, unfortunately many people lost money with no response from customer service and if you make a complain in official departments they cannot do anything.

I have never been so consistently disappointed by one company in my life. All I wanted to do was change my flight itinerary.

Calling the customer service number for over a month, it does not work or ring. So we are left with no other option but to go through the customer service chat.. this is where it gets interesting, because every time you start a new chat with a new agent, you get a different quotation and set of information with your request. It is hilarious.

I contacted 4 agents on separate chats, these are the responses I recieved, ON THE SAME BOOKING REFERENCE, ON THE SAME REQUESTED ADJUSTMENT!

1. Sure sir, we will accomodate all your requested changes for an additional fee of AED 1350, shall I send you the payment link now?

2. Sorry sir, the airline is not allowing us to make any changes to the flight itinerary, we will have to cancel the flight path, but you do not qualify for a refund sir

3. You qualify for a refund, however, we cannot confirm how much the refund will be as this will be determined by the airline.

4. We will make the necessary changes, however, you need to pay a penalty fee of 2,050 AED, shall I send the payment link now ?

I Apply ticket thorugh this app. due my Personal reasons i have asking for the date change fee. the CSA make me to wait for 1 hr. but i delayed 2 min he went. that time he was offiing a rate for aed 838/- due to delay the guy went and another one came. He also took more than a hour and given me 1323 is the charges for date change. this website is more dangerous than gambling. please avoid booking in this website. My Tym lost, Money lost. very poor Servies provided by them.

8 months and counting waiting for my refund
Everytime I contact the customer support they say they will escalate it and promise they will pay as soon as possible

This is ongoing for more than 8 months and unlimited phone calls to their useless customer support

I am exploring venues of legal action against them , they can’t just be let to scam hardworking people.

It has been more than 1.2 years since I am yet to get my refund. Contacting them in Customer care is a nightmare. Need to wait for 1 to 2 hours. the standard reply is that they will escalate the concerned department. Really it is mental torture. No transparency in the communication. I am feeling cheated.

Although it is cheaper to book through them, it is the worst experience ever.
My flight was changed by the airlines, Royal Jordanian, and therefore I was entitled for a full refund. To verify that, I got a confirmation and approval over the phone, by RJ call center, that there is no cancellation fees. However, they insisted to deduct 400 dhs for the airlines and 160 dhs for their company (even though I have an email proof confirming that they requested for 60 dhs as their assist fees).
Their support team won't call the traveler, instead they will ask you to call them on international number. I was placed on hold for 50 mins (intl call) for them to just scam me and get more money as cancellation charges. Also, refusing to send any email confirmation with the fees so that I won't hold them accountable for more than 900% increase in cancellation fees!

here's my horrible experience with this travel agency

I have booked 2 tickets and paid (‪2,379US) , we had to cancel the trip due to some non avoidable circumstances, i have requested a refund before the actual flight date, they have submitted a request for refund and told me that i need to wait for 2 weeks max inorder to process the amount and to claim it from the airlines company, i didn't have any issue with that

but 2 weeks passed and i didn't hear from them, i tried to call many times, with one hour waiting on the call, and they keep telling me that the delay is coming from the airline company and we don't know when they will be responding

i contacted with turkish airlines with my flight details, and the support team of turkish airlines confirmed that there is no refund requested submitted from trip.ae for my tickets, and my tickets are still in open status

it's been 2 months now and i didn't hear back from them, no matter how much i tried to call or send complaints.... they are cheater scammer don't ever deal with them...

I have booked a ticket through them, where they have taken all the money without using the ticket.

They have told me to cancel the ticket and full refund will be received, have confirmation through emails and phone calls.

2 months have been passed with fake promises and till now didn’t receive my money back.

Every time i am contacting them, they are informing me that the refund is under process and takes time , till I receive an email from them that I am not eligible for refund.

Big Liars ! Fraud !

The worst website I've ever booked through!! NEVER USE IT NEVERRRR. There's no option to edit, amend or change your flight online, you have to make an international call just to tell them the changes needed and the worst part is that they never answer ..

I bought the tickets for very good price

the issue with this company that u cant call them or email them and they dont have any social media accounts to contact them.

So if there is possiblity to change date or time or cancelation dont buy from them. Otherwise i didnt have any issue with my tickets
