2 Schengen, honest opinion here at first I thought it was a scam a little because of a few misunderstanding from my part but lovely company, Jennifer was very helpful with fast reply which was made me to trust more and also getting the booking very fast.

Great communication, respect and professionalism from Jennifer, I appreciate it and her patience as I was being a bit annoying by asking alot of questions but she reassured me at all times thanks for that.

I got my visa approved and was able to travel and all was good. Thank you once again

I paid Trip 2 Schengen Ltd for Schengen visa consultancy services, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. For my Germany visa appointment, an incorrect passport number was entered, which caused the appointment to be wasted. After that, they arranged an Italy visa appointment, but they did not provide the required documents or complete the service I had paid for.
Shortly before the appointment, I was also told that their account had been hacked and that I would need to make/pay for certain arrangements myself. This added even more confusion at a time when everything should already have been prepared.
I have repeatedly tried calling and messaging them, but my calls are not being answered and I have not received a proper response or refund. I have screenshots showing my attempts to contact them and the communication regarding the appointments.
I am currently trying to recover the money I paid. This review is based entirely on my personal experience with the company.

Regarding the Germany appointment, the issue was not that I simply chose not to attend. I went to the appointment location, but there was an issue with the passport number entered for the appointment, which meant I could not proceed as expected. I have the relevant communication and evidence regarding this.

After the Germany appointment failed, an Italy appointment was arranged. My concern is not simply whether an additional consultancy fee was charged. My concern is that I had paid for a visa consultancy service and expected the required preparation and documentation to be completed properly before my appointment.

Shortly before the Italy appointment, I was informed that your account had been hacked and that I would need to make certain arrangements/payments myself. This was communicated very close to the appointment and left me without everything properly prepared.

Regarding flights and accommodation, I understand that the actual cost of flights or hotels may not have been included in the consultancy fee. My complaint is about the service, communication, preparation and documents that I understood would be provided as part of the consultancy.

Most importantly, after these issues I repeatedly tried to contact you by phone and messages to resolve the matter, but I did not receive an adequate response. I have screenshots and communication records showing my attempts to contact you.

I am happy for the signed invoice, appointment records and our full communication history to be reviewed, because they will provide the complete context rather than only part of the story.

My review remains an honest account of my personal experience with Trip 2 Schengen Ltd, and I am still seeking a fair resolution and refund for the services that I believe were not properly completed.

If you want I will upload the screenshot for each and everything like I have proof the person name Farhan who had done this mistake and also no they didnt pick my call even they didnt admit that they are done this mistake still they defend even the TLS agent show the mistake but they are not admitting
