Rated 1/5Please do not give any amount to travel devine, and trip crafters also just doesn't help they have all agents who create fraud tickets and hotel booking once the problem is address to trip crafters they just block agent and tell us to deal with it. Im owner at TravelOcat, We are Working with trip-crafter since 2018. We are also working with Holiday IQ, Tripshelf, TT, Hello Safar, Hello Travel. Conversion rate with TC is around 7 to 8 percent if you are taking good follow ups. Support from Sushmita is superb.

TripCrafters routed my query to Andaman Ocean and Hills Tours & Travels. The staff is polite and offered me an attractive package but I am still not sure whether to go ahead and pay because some feedback was the travel agents dont fulfill their promises and dont respond when called. Can anyone please help me in this regard?

I recently trip by yours and the billing system is not up to the mark.

A very gold way to travel overseas. Takes away the bother of booking flights n accommodation. Gives you a choice of 3 agents for you to make a choice

Experience was good. Hotels were graded on the higher side.

Excellent Srilanka Trip arranged by Mr.Roshana on behalf My Cyclone Trip. Everything, right from arrival to Colombo..Till departure was nicely arranged. Selection of hotels, places, transportation was highly commendable. Mr.Ajith, our driver/guide was a thorough gentleman and never said No to our demands. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommended.

They will not have proper address of the travel agencies, they won't check if the travel agencies are genuine or not. After payment to travel agency Tripcrafters are not responsible of the customers they referred, how is this possible?? Don't you guys take commission?? Is Tripcrafters some kind of charity organisation?? You are equally fraud as travel agencies since you are not responsible. They are least bothered about customers and purposely ignore their calls after payment. I lost my 80k for trusting this kind of genius people

Good service. However, tour / travel agent didn't do a good job with email communication, and got confused with the quotation.
