Great company
Great company. The website seems a bit sketch, but they were very communicative, sent lots of updates and all of our confirmations. They even noticed things we missed but would still need. Overall they made our vacation planning experience very easy!

I really love(d) Tripmasters
I really love(d) Tripmasters, but be careful when you choose "Economy" over Basic Economy on their site; today I learned that it still transfers as basic economy to the actual airline and you will not receive seat selection and other benefits. Completely disheartened as I thought I had struck gold with Tripmasters. Now I'm wondering if my first trip with them I just did not notice this.

Wonderful for multi city trips!
Tripmasters is so easy to use to book a multi city vacation. This is the third time we have booked with Tripmasters and have never been disappointed. The airport transfers and travel between cities is always a great way to go. On this particular trip we booked private car transfers and we had a 15 passenger van to ourselves. Customization is easy and if you do not see anything that suits you you have the option to book hotels,air, transfers and excursions on your own.
Service has also been superb. We accidentally left a phone on one of our transfer vehicles and Tripmasters was able to contact the company and get the phone back to us in a timely manner. What a savior. I have told many people about the Tripmasters site. I hope you will find it as useful as I do.

Still waiting for my issue to be resolved 3 months later
I booked with TripMasters for the first time in 2025 and I was happy with the process of booking and being able to have the flexibility to choose my own hotels. I didn’t book tours with them because I couldn’t see reviews of the tours. Everything was going well on my trip until I reached Florence, 3 days into my trip. I arrived and the hotel didn’t have my booking. They said it had been cancelled. Because of the time difference, I couldn’t contact TripMasters to figure out what happened. Being in Florence in peak season on a weekend, I immediately jumped online to book a new hotel, thinking that TripMasters would surely reimburse me for the hotel I had already paid for once I got home. Within 2 minutes of booking the non refundable new hotel, my original hotel contacted me and said they found my booking under a different booking number from the one TripMasters provided me. I was relieved because my original hotel was much better but unfortunately, the booking.com hotel refused to repay me for the nonrefundable nights even though I had only booked it 15 min prior. When I returned home, I contacted TripMasters about the issue. It has been 3 months and I’ve only been told that they are “researching” my issue and contacting the original hotel. By now I’m sure the original hotel has no clue what happened and I’m going to be out $800 because TripMasters provided me with the wrong information and no help. I’m disappointed because I was hopeful my experience in booking with them would translate to the entire trip as well.

Tripmasters is legit!
Tripmasters makes traveling such a breeze! You can input several cities with different flights and trains and Tripmaster takes care of it. Booked a trip to Italy and had a great time with no issues. I even chatted with some one when I was in Italy and they answered my question right away. I highly recommend Tripmasters for all your traveling needs.

Great Scandinavian Adventure
Everything went well and it was a spectacular trip to Norway, Sweden and Denmark. They ability to choose the individuals hotels was great and each of the 3 properties we stayed at was wonderful. The rail pass from Oslo to Bergen was great.
The only issue we had was that the flight was booked showing it was Lufthansa, but it was actually their low cost carrier Discover Airlines, which did not provide the service level we were expecting from Lufthansa. Tripmasters could be more explicit about the actual carrier versus the Flight # and associated carrier (in my case it was a United Flight #, through Lufthansa).
Would highly recommend Tripmasters.
