Skipping any form of aftersales and responsibilities is very bad!

I have used them only ones for my trip to the Philippines.
I am a filmmaker and with that saying carry equipment. At the time of booking a ticket with PAL trough them from Davao to Manila they had a extra option to pay for 20 Kg check-in luggage. After the online payment has been done it was not 20 kg but 15.
I wrote to them several times and just some reply to contact direct with the airlines. Skipping any form of aftersales and responsibilities is very bad!
Now I paid ones again direct to PAL for 20 Kg and still did not get any refund from Tripmoba, not even a offer.

For now i can't rate them with a higher than 1 star.

Excellent Philippines Agent

As I live in the Philippines, this company regularly appears in my online flight comparisons and I have never had any issues and their prices are always competitive - I have booked many flights with them as I travel alot. Recently I needed assistance with some of my booked flights due to illness in the family and Arvee from their customer service was super helpful and attentive and helped me with my situation (even when their big international competitors would not). Excellent Service and great to support a local but professional supplier. Highly recommended!!!
