Excellent customer service experience
I got in touch with Tripnext via their WhatsApp chat few weeks ago and asked several questions with regards to the flight I intended to book.
In between I had to travel elsewhere and therefore I couldn't make a decision about whether to book my intended flight at that moment in time. I made the advisor (Yusra) aware of my situation and mentioned that I'll get in touch when I come back after two weeks. Yusra had been patiently answering my queries and showed high level of professionalism in her conduct.
Upon my return I got in touch with the same agent again and continued my query from where I left off a couple of weeks ago, Yusra demonstrated a great deal of attention to the detail and with out me having to recap the whole entire query she picked up exactly where we left it last time around.
I made further modifications in my requirements and she patiently listened to me and responded accordingly showing a great depth of knowledge and expertise in the area of work.
Finally, once I was convinced and found the best possible deal which suited my time schedule I proceeded with the booking and Yusra made this entire process very easy and convenient.
