I have made a booking by Travelsees
DELHI -SXR
where clearly mentioned that Delhi -SXR flight is non-Stop

But when I booked that ticket issue come to know by indigo airlines that this flight has a stoppage at Jammu

But i need direct flight as per mention on website
and it's still showing pending status even

I have called many times in starting I request your customer support and your team very hell arrogant with zero ethics

Due to many call I am very frustrated and they are not cancelling this reservation and forcing me to confirm

Kindly find the screenshot where clearly mentioned non stop flight

Kindly do the need full

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from tripodeal when booking my airline tickets. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a complete lack of effective communication and lack of refund for my cancelled booking.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend tripodeal anyone. There are better options available that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide quality service.

I booked the ticket with Oman Airlines through a TripO deal. It was very tricky. they took the excess money to pay for my ticket from Chennai to London. while I was booking and waiting for the confirmation from the aircraft company, the TripO dela person asked me to pay more than 16000 to pay otherwise the ticket would be disapproved by Oman air, I said please cancel and refund the money but they refused it, because of my travel itinerary I must go for my meeting in the UK They were the number one deceiver in their call center. They were asking me to pay Rs. 16000 more to confirm the ticket. I asked them to refund the money, but the person in the call center said they wouldn't cancel the ticket and refund it. They gave me their Razor pay link and forced me to send Rs. 16K/. because of my hectic situation i was paid it
