This Company is a great company to work with. Juna Penoloza, my representative was the best. He was polite, respectful, knowledgeable and quick to return my phone calls when I emailed him, telephoned him or left a message with other employees. Juna did all of the leg work for me to get my student loans completely forgiven. The cost was reasonable; I was able to make my payments in installments. The other employees were pleasant to correspond with, as well. Thanks for everything Tripoint, keep up the excellent service!

We had a great experience with Tripoint Alliance. Called to schedule a consultation and the representative was able to provide me with a number of direct answers and solutions. They provided clear options and recommendations for programs and payment options. We really enjoyed how transparent and consultative they were throughout the initial call and both follow-up calls.
