Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! I was a bit hesitant at first, but the customer support was incredibly helpful with my questions. My order arrived much faster than expected, packaged discreetly, and the quality is 10/10—exactly as described. Useless crappy kits. Had 1 out of 6 kits work over an 8 month period. Followed their instructions to a tee. Used sterilised boxes, heatmats, but of course it was all my fault their crappy kits didn’t work. They take weeks to reply and just want to blame the end user, and are quite happy to take more money off of you. Spent a small fortune on this rubbish. Do not waste your money with these clowns

lol they replaced one kit which was also faulty. Convinced me to buy another with a tenner knocked off the price and that also failed. When I pointed out I had heatmats on for months on end, they had the arrogance to tell me they don’t use up much energy. As u can see, it’s only taken them 2 months to respond to this post. Point proven

However, we do want to clarify something important: we offer free replacements on all kits if they fail or become contaminated at any stage. You are never required to purchase a new kit if something goes wrong. Our aim is to support you until you get a successful outcome.
