Ordered a product on 5/6/25

Ordered a product on 5/6/25. Sent an email about my purchase and no response. Tried to call CS number and it was busy. After reading reviews determined that I have been 'had'. Folks that do things like this ought to be taken out and shot on sight.//

Scam!

I emailed them and did not hear back either. After receiving the payment email, in which the person actually raised the amount by a dollar, all went silent. No response to my questions and no other way to contact them. I am reporting them to the BBB as well.

Trippinsolo.com is a Scam

Trippinsolo.com is a Scam, Be Warned

a.) After the one only email confirming my order, I sent emails just asking for some confirmation and updates on status of preparing and shipping my order made on 04/27/2025.

b.) I sent emails everyday with no response not even a “we are still working on it” sentence reply.

c.) With no updates for a week after I emailed them several times just to get any morsel of info, or an update, or even just an excuse from them before I hit enter on my bank’s refund process. Not an auto-reply or nothing.

d.) The phone number listed on their website is disconnected, and they know it won’t work, I know this because why would a real business keep a disconnected phone number on their site when they would want potential customers to reach them to do business. They do that so no one can call and complain about their fraud, it’s not a merchant it is a business that the founders knowingly set up to steal from people by never intending to actually provide the merchandise purchased from their “inventory”.
— Trippinsolo.com is a nefarious site peddling in financial fraud, purposeful misdirection, and people should be warned they are criminal conspirators running a fraud on consumers.

e.) I’ve reported them to my financial institution and they will flag any transactions from them going forward.

- Then I will continue with more reviews on BBB website.

- In the process of filing a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and FBI, that will bring this site down while they investigate their obvious fraudulent practices.

- And finally, I am in talks with the FBI’s Cybercrimes Unit.
[Each of these separate bureaus of investigation will be free to enter into evidence my taken screenshots from showing my purchase and the confirmation email, to the constant unanswered communication, and finally a fake advertised service phone number being the icing on their scam cake for the authorities and prosecutors—This was when I realized we are in the middle of a scam. I mean any other merchant would never ignore standard inquiries from a paying customer for a week and they never sent any kind of response, nothing back.

f.) Obviously, I spoke with my bank and request a reversal, and after sharing the screenshots of correspondences with the “vendor” to my bank, it could not have been more obvious than this was a bad-faith transaction by the “vendor”, and that I was essentially robbed by Trippinsolo.com, that these vendors are scammers posing as retailers. I mean it was that obvious to the bank reps that this was a scam and they intended to steal my money because they clearly have no intention of actually shipping, providing tracking numbers, etc.

g.) So I think the Federal charges that will definitely be filed after I complete my complaint and submit to the DA prosecuting financial crimes and scams, the should win soundly and be jailed or put out of business.

h.) The charge for my purchase showed up as a payment to Olivier Ramirez; acopkapawa2[at]hotmail[dot]com — who was not at all mentioned as an affiliate or anything of the vendor.

Trippinsolo.com is a scam, never buy from them.

acopkapawa2 is the hotmail address for Ramirez.
