Very unhappy with Underpricer
I used their travel company - Underpricer - to book a flight for my wife and I to Japan. Unfortunately, I did not enter my middle name (to match the passport). I didn't realize that was a problem until the 24 hour refund period had passed.
So in order to correct the problem they told me that I would need to re book the same flight with the correct names. But it would cost me 40% more than the original price!
In my defense, the "middle name" field was marked "optional". Also, there was no message at the top of the form explaining that it was important to match the passport. It was just a poor customer interface and I blame them for the problem.
I want a refund and an apology for such a poor experience.
