Trips Klarna 

Horrendous service!

Used to use inspirock but now all my trips are just gone and the customer service agent I talked to was less then helpful. It was like I was talking to a computer not a person and no interest in even trying to understand the issue

I just dont understand how they just shut down one of if not the best trip planners of alltime with no warning. all those perfect trips planned are now just gone?

Hate to see all my future and previous trips disappear… so much time dedicated to it… not a warning!! Wouldn’t trust a dime on Klarna… maybe it disappears too!!
Anyone found a similar planner?? Desperate looking for one!!!

Used Insirock for years planned multiple trips with it - national and international travel. When Klarna bought them, I was worried but it functioned just as well. Then, suddenly gone... POOF! Previous trips I would like to keep and three that were planned for the next 18 months. No warning, just gone. Will never use or recommend Klarna services based of this lack of concern for users and definitely would not trust them with anything financial.

I wanted to retrieve a past itenerary that I had migrated to Klarna from Inspirock. I had 3 trips saved..one from this summer! Now I get Error 403 when I try to get to the website. Customer service had no idea abt this site. Please, Klarna, open it up so we can at least download our trips. You should have given us a warning before just shutting down the site.

I don’t want to give even 1 star. Shocking customer service. Where was the warning the site was going to be shut down? I’ve luckily taken screenshots of my trip plans to share with someone otherwise it would all be in my head. Loved Inspirock template so easy to use and helpful. Any ideas for a similar one now?

Really liked the website, but closed down without any warning. Lost a full itinerary. Would be good to have it downloaded as a pdf. Can you help Klarna?

unfortunatly the website has been shut down.
allready the quality of the service was incredibly bad since Klarna acquired the website from inspirock.
The other night the website just died and i lost all of the plans i made. (i was keeping the past one as souvenirs aswell) the costumer support is 0 use, they keep repeating you to enjoy shopping on their app instead.

Klarna Trips' sudden shutdown without warning has left me fuming. Countless hours of work crafting my itinerary gone to waste, a blatant display of disregard for users.

Response received from support team:

"After two years of learning and iterating on our Trips offering, we have decided to simplify our suite of services, focusing our attention solely on providing you with the smooothest and safest way to shop and pay. Therefore, Klarna Trips is no longer operational. You can still use Klarna’s flexible and interest-free payment methods in various markets at partners such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and others in the travel sector."

Where has this website gone? I loved using it when it was Inspirock and migrated my trips but now the website seems to have completely disappeared, along with all of my past trips and my future trip that I was halfway through planning. Have tried finding a way to contact Klarna Trips but it just made me create an account which takes me to the Klarna shopping website/app.

Took a payment wasnt informed i still owed it made us go over our credit limit think will close my account

I was an Inspirock user based in the United Arab Emirates. Since it migrated to Klarna Trips, I am unable to login to Klarna. I migrated my itineraries to Klarna, but since there was no login option in Klarna, I was unable to view them after I closed my browser. When I tried to migrate them to Klarna again, it gave a message saying "User already migrated." In Klarna Trips, I couldn't find a way to contact customer service.

I've been contacted by Klarna Trips, who has offered a way for me to transfer my Inspirock-saved trips to a number of different browsers. As a long-term solution, Klarna is working on setting up user accounts in Klarna Trips.
