Horrible experience
Tripshock did not want to honor a promo code that was available online and went through their system.
Their response is unprofessional and I stated my friend referred me to a site which was retail me not . Do not do business with this site as they do not care about the customer and do not know how to run their business honestly.

As we discussed on the phone and via email, this was not an issued promo code by TripShock, it was a SYSTEM GLITCH exploited to incur heavy losses to our company. TripShock honors all publicly available promo codes - we always have. We immediately called you and the other customers after the booking and explained that this code would not be honored. When we asked how you received the code, you gave multiple stories starting with a "friend" and then saying that it was from Retail Me Not. We checked with Retail Me Not and this promo code was never posted on their site! If this was a publicly available promo code, we would have honored it. Any company in our position would have done the same as they cannot sell products that provide a significant loss to the company. We certainly don't blame you for trying, but we must do what is necessary to maintain the integrity of our service.

EXCELLENT
It was the best time me and my boyfriend have ever had on the water! We stopped for a few minutes and a dolphin came up from the water about 6 ft. from us! Definitely an experience that we will be bragging about for a very long time!

Awesome experience
This was the most enjoyable afternoon we've spent in a long time. Our Dolphin Cruise on the Hannah Marie was FABULOUS!! The Captain made this trip so exciting, not only because of the awesome dolphin shows, but because of the passion in his delivery of the trip. The crew was experienced, friendly, and helpful! This crew made everyone feel welcomed and very safe! Make time to add this cruise to your vacation! You won't be disappointed. I will be back many more times and I live here!!
