NOT RECOMMENDED: During the booking process there is very scant indication that baggage ist not included. Additionally, there is no step that allows you to book baggage. Afterwards you get a confirmation email stating that there is no bagagge beyond cabin cabin and that adding baggage cost the airline fee (fine) but additionally also 50€ Tripsta service fee per flight direction per person! After complaining very loudly twice they then told me that I could actually book the baggage via the airline without the 50€ fee.
Everything (Emails,Website) indicates that this is actually how they try to earn their money. AVOID!

I requested for my wife’s name change …

I requested for my wife’s name change for our flight on 20th feb. from Zurich to Lisbon and back. I sent mails, contacted through many calls, through kontact forms from your website. But it is still not yet changed, very poor service. Thank you.

No problems and tied for cheapest …

No problems and tied for cheapest price. If you have any issues it will cost you extra and using their customer service might not be fun. You need to be careful that you book with a credit card where they do not charge service fees. 75€ Euro more to use a visa credit card for example.

Hello there.

Hello there.

While I was booking my flight the price was 615... then after puting my visa card number and later I got confirmation of the booking... to my surprise the price jumped to 645...why and how I don't know
I think the trick was when I changed payment method !

We would like to inform you that for your booking there was discount 30,79 euros. However, this discount was not valid if the booking was completed with some specific payment methods.

After looking into this further we noticed that you completed the booking with a Visa Debit for which the discount was not offered.

The discounted payment methods if any are always available for the user to see fin every booking step after selecting the preferred flight combination.

We are sorry for any frustration caused.

I tried calling them for some …

I tried calling them for some complaints but no response, send quite some emails but no response. I haven't received the booking reference number yet to manage the booking and for check in. I regret for having chosen tripsta. Worst service ever

After checking your booking, we can confirm that the airline reference number was stated in the e ticket sent to you on 06/02 after booking completion.

However, we also noticed that one of our representatives replied to your email providing you with the airline reference number once again.

A charge of 21 euros was added over …

A charge of 21 euros was added over the total amount during the final check out, completely misleading and unacceptable!.
This should have been shown during initial offer.
It was more cheaper to book with another service provider, with better rating, at a lower price and better service package.

Maestro Card

I have a problem before because I only have Maestro card. In your website there is choice to pay with that card. I have tried many time to enter the cvv number and not succeed. After checked in internet what cvv number is, I realized that the Maestro card has no cvv number. Then I went and ask bank about that matter. Bank told me that I cannot pay the ticket with maestro card. I'm not sure if you still can accept maestro . For me, if not, kindly remove it from your system. I wasting a lot of time looking for that solution. The rest, everything ok so far.

We are sorry that this was your experience.

On our website indeed there is an option to pay with Maestro card. Usually Maestro card has a verification value of the card (CVV) and it can be found on the backside of your card. However, on SBI maestro debit card the CVV code is absent and in such a situation the user can just type the last three digits of the ATM pin number.

The credit card fee was displayed after selecting the payment method. Please note there are different fees depending on what type of credit card you use. We keep these as transparent as possible for customers so there are no surprise charges.

After checking your case we can confirm that the confirmation email was sent to the email address registered immediately upon booking completion and the e ticket 15 minutes later.

We have resent your e ticket to the same email address. Please check your inbox as well as junk / spam folder. Sometimes email get delivered there by mistake.

not very clear info on website …
