Thank you for sharing your opinion with us! We would like to inform your that the booking class of the tickets you purchased through tripsta.ru belongs to Economy Standard.
The reasons for comparably high cost of the tickets (2.517€ per 2 tickets) are: 1) You had chosen direct flight; 2) The booking was made few days before the departure; 3) Low fare tickets were not available due to high demand for the long weekend of 8th of March.
Please be informed that in order to book tickets for Business Class someone has to select the according checkbox in the general settings.

Quite good and comfortable work.

Good option of booking. Good price. Comfortable option of changing data.
Minus - too small time of working call-center (only from 11 to 18). It wouldl be excellent to have opportunity to call or write by e-mail in all(any) time with questions (include holidays).

the service is not bad

I bought the tickets via tripsta.ru because I liked the price. During vacation I damaged my leg and had to change the tickets for the fight back. According to the terms and conditions I accepted money for the flight back has not been refunded. This is the only negative experience I had with tripsta. ru.

tripsta.ru is pretty goog managing unreliable airlines

A day before my departure from Kiev, Airflot suddenly cancelled 2 flights from my 4 flights with the connection in Moscow. But I happened to be lucky enough to make my planned trip partly due to the tripsta operator Irina, partly due to my own persistence. As to the Airflot/KLM miles (Skying Blue program), I've got only a half of them but I can hardly blame tripsta for that. Anyway, the whole thing appeared to be rather stressful, one should certainly be ready to various surprises booking any flights in FSU even with well known airlines (needless to say, it is highly recommended to avoid any lowcosters in our skies!).

Was careless enough to buy tickets by tripsta.ru , very sorry about that.
I try to return the money back, so far unsuccessfully.
I don't advise anyone to buy airtickets on tripsta.ru.

good when you change nothing in your plans, missing the flexibility and service

In general this is the good and easy site to buy the tickets, when you use the tickets as it was planed.
The problems appear when it is necessary to change something in the tickets, as the date of the flight etc... When it was necessary to change the return ticket date, it was day-off, so over the phone noone did not answer, on the e-mail message with the require to make the change in the return ticket, there was no any reaction niether....
Finally we have to canceal the ticket and to buy the new one. But in this case we have lost the certain amount of the ticket price. And I am not telling that we received the confirmation about money return with the remark that it will be done within 60 days ....

Thank you for your review. In regards to you flight booking, we would like to inform you that since your booking was combined by two different air companies, for each segment of your flight you had to register on separate website.
In order to be able to register on the website of the air company, you had to insert either the booking number of air company or the number of your ticket.
