Service was pleasant to me

I booked tickets from Moscow to Sochi and back in the evening. There were already tickets in the morning. It is a pity only that wasn't succeeded to be registered on a site of the company of UTAIR and to receive a boarding pass. And other everything is remarkable!

not enough information about ticket

I had a ticket to Bali with transit in Tokio. I dont know what where are two aeroflot in Tokio and that I arrave in one(Narita) and departure in enother (Haneda) In addition to I had no transit visa. As a resalt when I arraived I had to speak to immigration servise and ask to give me visa when I had to catch the bas pay 30$ dollar and one hour go to enother aeroport. I always go to Bali have transit in Korea and never have a problem.If only I know about different aeroport I hadn bought this ticket!!!

Hidden fees

I booked a ticket using tripsta.ru, but when got the reciept understoood that i was cheated.
there were 2 ways to get a ticket - the very site or diirectly the airlines official site. in comparison it was cheaper in tripsta, but in fact i paid more 100 euros. never use again

In regards to your booking, we would like to note that we do not have any hidden charges on our website. We can understand that due to exchange rate your credit card might have been charged with an additional amount but there is no way that the exchange rate difference would reach the amount you have mentioned in your review! We would kindly suggest you to contact your bank and to investigate the history of this charge. Your bank might have charged you any additional amount for the payment in foreign currency.

An any case, in our terms and conditions, which you had to agree when purchasing your ticket, we state that all credit and debit cards are charged in Euro, because tripsta.ru is based in Greece. At the last point of the booking procedure the total amount to be charged in Euro is shown as well as the equivalent in RUB. The foreign exchange (FX) rates used for the conversion to Euro are updated daily and are derived from official sources. We also mention that additional charges and/or different FX rates may be applied by the issuing bank.

If you have any other question please don´t hesitate and contact our customer service.

The prise on the electronic tickets

The prise on the electronic tickets is absent on your electronic tickets. Etenterprise accounting refuse to receive such a tickets and can pay for them.
