A bit of trouble with postponing a trip, turning out positive in the end 👌
had a request to postpone a booking, called their hotline but never received a call back nor email response. Was a bit angry at first.
then a few days later I received a call and a friendly woman confirmed the date change. Great customer services, although it required a bit of a push. In either case thanks to the team for making this possible.

As I only had the tickets on my phone…ticket experiance
As I only had the tickets on my phone we nearly never got on the trip we were to take. The girl was very good and sorted it all out for us after saying we would have to pay again. No were on the phone tickets does it say you need a paper copy . Plus we could not of got one as we were already on holiday.

Great experience, nice staff
We were a group of 3 girls and we had such a good experience. Even if initially we didn’t request a pick-up, we called them 15 min before our meeting hour and ask for a fast pick-up from the location and they solved our request very fast. We weren’t late! :) Parascending was also great, worth to do it once in your life. We’d totally recommend!

Trip Tenerife have been great with both our bookings. Even when I thought the payment had not gone through they were quick to reply to confirm that our booking had gone through. They also sent the booking confirmations through quickly.
