Trivial Chapter - Immigration Fraud by Trivial Chapter Kochin

Gents,

Do not engage with these individuals; they are frauds. I have issued a legal notice to them for cheating.

Trivial Chapter
- Immigration Fraud by Trivial Chapter Kochin Open
Shameen Thonikadav Pallangod filed this complaint against Trivial Chapter on Apr 12, 2026

I am filing this complaint against Trivial Chapter regarding a Retainer Agreement signed on September **, ****, for the European Residency Program (Latvia).

As per the terms of the contract, I have fulfilled my financial obligations by paying a total of INR ***,*** (covering the first and second installments). I also completed the Legal Power of Attorney on October *, ****. However, despite the passage of over six months, the company has failed to deliver the following:

Stage * Deliverables: I have received no "Job Contract" or formal interview opportunities, which are essential parts of the agreed-upon service.

Lack of Transparency: The company has failed to provide a written "Review of Qualifications and Eligibility" as required under Sections * and ** of our agreement.

Unverified Claims: On April *, ****, a company representative (Ms. Rashmi) claimed via WhatsApp that the process is on "total halt" due to "current affairs/war." However, the company has refused to provide any official documentation from Latvian Immigration Authorities to substantiate this claim of indefinite suspension.

I have strictly followed all protocols, including the non-contact rule regarding employers, yet Trivial Chapter has failed to use "best efforts" or provide professional transparency. My formal request for a status update sent on April *, ****, remains unresolved.

Resolution Sought
I am seeking either:

Immediate Performance: A concrete timeline and the delivery of the Job Contract as per the agreement.

Full Refund: A total refund of INR ***,*** paid to date due to a clear deficiency in service and failure to meet contractual timelines.

Based on your advice I can supply the following documents:
The signed Retainer Agreement (dated Sept **, ****).

Payment Receipts/Bank Statements showing the transfer of INR ***,***.

The PDF/Screenshot of the formal email you sent on April *, ****.

Screenshot of the WhatsApp message mentioning the "war" as a reason for the delay.

It was a wonderful experience

It was a wonderful experience. I applied for the first time through the trivial chapter for a caregiver job in Greece. Their team guided me professionally and explained the required documents. Finally, I got my work permit visa. Thank you once again, trivial chapter team.
