Not for Futures
I joined Trendline after discovering the platform through Kelly OG's YouTube channel, expecting a comprehensive trading tool. Upon onboarding, I quickly discovered that Trendline does not support futures trading—a critical limitation that wasn't transparent during signup or in the initial marketing funnel.
When I requested a refund based on this material mismatch between expectations and product capabilities, Trendline refused. Their position: no refunds after account activation, regardless of undisclosed product limitations.
What I expected: A platform capable of handling equities and futures (the latter being central to Kelly OG's content).
What I got: Equities-only, with no way out.
The real issue: If you're watching Kelly's channel and thinking Trendline is his recommended tool for comprehensive trading, you'll be disappointed. The product scope should be crystal clear before payment.
