Do not use this company
I sent my KitchenAid Artisan Coffee Machine back under warranty 11 Feb 2025. Since then I have tried to contact the company to find out what has happened to it but to no avail. It is now July and I suspect I’ll never see it again. Looking at Trust Pilot reviews for KitchenAid, I suspect that customers complain via that page rather than this as people possibly do not realise who is responsible.
