Excellent customer service and great products too.
I have tried many products over this last year and the skin care is the best I have ever used, the Tamanu Balm is so lovely and silky to use and good for not only dry skin but for any skin irritations. I use it on eczema flare ups and it is so soothing.
Royal Mail left my parcel in the blue bin and with no note through the door or email to alert me to the fact the parcel had been delivered, unfortunately it got emptied and I lost £76 worth of goods. I contacted my ambassador who arranged a replacement. I cannot praise them enough.

Never had a company deal with a product…
Never had a company deal with a product so well before. One item from my order just had a smell that didn’t align with me. I was worried I had spent a lot just to throw it away. But no. Sent it back. No fuss refund. I’m so confident in their customer service and love the other 9 products I use regularly that I’m not afraid to try any of their products now.
