I just want to say, that our experience with you has been amazing, even though our trip got cancelled because of the on going war in the middle East, we have received a full refund in a very timely manner with no issues.6 of us had a very expensive trip booked and we got our money back with absolutely no issuses. We will definitely be using your services next year to rebook our trip to Veitnam. We hope that this on going war doesn't affect your business to much and look forward to using you again in the future 💚💚💚💚

We booked a dream holiday to the Maldives with Paula Yates. Paula was responsive, professional and friendly and made the whole experience very easy for us. The holiday was fabulous. We will recommend tropical sky to our friends.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Dominican Republic.

We have booked a few holidays with tropical sky and have never been disappointed with anything, the staff are absolutely lovely to deal with .... from inquiring about a destination to booking it everything is spot on . We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in Thailand and our outbound flights were cancelled, Jenn was amazing and reorganised the hotel and transfers for us and offered incredible support. I have found the whole experience of booking with Tropical Sky to be professional and most importantly great value for money so I am already booking my next holiday with them as I write this!

We booked Mauritius with Tropical Sky and only just arrived home yesterday after 12 days of bliss. We went to the Sunrise attitude hotel on the advice of Maria in Tropical Sky and we absolutely loved every minute of it. Tropical Sky made everything so easy from the documentation, transfers, advice, so professional as a company.
The hotel was all inclusive and the food and drink was amazing. We luckily got a villa to stay in and it was magnificent to say the least. I would highly recommend Mauritius for a holiday and if you want your journey to go smoothly, book through Tropical Sky.

Just back from a fabulous holiday in Thailand that was arranged for us by Tropical Sky. We selected Tropical Sky as we had a very good experience when we used their services previously, five years ago.
From the initial consultation with looking at options and choosing and planning the vacation to the pre departure support and the assistance provided during the vacation itself, we always felt in safe hands with Tropical Sky. Any queries or issues that we had were dealt with promptly, courteously and professionally.

Sunny at Tropical Sky ensured that she understood what we wanted from our Thailand vacation and she certainly nailed it for us. The selected vacation was a wonderful stress free and true 5* experience from start to finish.

From my first contact with Tropical Sky they have been a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. Every time I made contact to ask or check something, the response came so quickly. This was my second time booking with them and it won't be the last.

We booked our honeymoon with Tropical Sky. The hotels, and accommodation was good.

Our flights out were changed by Tropical Sky, without letting us know. The time, stop over country, and even the airline had been changed by them. We only found out as I asked for confirmation of the flight details as we had not heard from them since paying in full. We were then told that the flights had changed, and that we would need to pay an additional €200 for the new flights.

On our way back from Mauritius, we were given no notice that our flight had been cancelled. We had to pay for an additional nights accommodation, and our flight was booked for the next day. Tropical Sky were of no help with this. We are still waiting for compensation 9 months later, and 8 days for a reply. Customer service won’t put us through to our contact (she’s on an eternal lunch break by the looks of it!).

All in all a very poor experience given that we payed such a considerable amount of money for a big trip. They will give you all the TLC imaginable to get you to pay, but once your money is with them you may forget it! If anything goes wrong, their true colours shine through!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience booking through Tropical Sky! Our safari trip to Kenya was a once in a lifetime experience and went seamlessly thanks to Sejal from Tropical Sky and our in country guide; Marvin. Sejal was so helpful throughout the booking process and even managed to navigate us through an airline mixup with our luggage from Dublin to ensure our experience was uninterrupted. We would 100% use this service again and would recommend Tropical Sky to anyone hoping to go on Safari.

We have booked with tropical sky for many years and never had an issue until now.Customer service is poor having to wait over a day for a reply or a quote.When we decided on where we wanted to go they wouldn't let me pay in installments asking for all money up front.I told them other travel agencies are letting me pay installments but they never bothered to reply.Will not be using this travel agency again

Just back from a 10 days in Secrets Moxché it was a great hotel very clean and staff were very friendly I would like to thank the pool concierge Alejandro and bar waiter Usmeldy and Adrian in the rooftop restaurant whose service and attention to detail was first class, Food was excellent in all restaurants , we will be back👍

Booked an expensive family holiday to Mexico . Our flight was pulled so the only alternative was to fly from Dublin Heathrow .. and then make our own way to gatwick to get our flight to Mexico . This was a no go for us as the stress having to get across London and recheck in again at gatwaick would be a stressful start to the holiday , we asked if we could cancel and we did , unfortunately we lost our €500 deposit . Thinks it’s unfair that we lost our deposit as it was a change made by the airline and not us . READ THE CANCELLATION POLICIES ..this has left a very bitter taste with us and will never ever use tropical sky again

Dealt with Narinda who was extremely professional and kind during the booking process. There was constant engagement while we sorted all the details and I must say the service was excellent. Calls and emails replied to promptly which makes a big difference and details always explained carefully and fully.

I got in touch with Tropical Sky back in May and was looking for advice on a relaxing solo trip to Asia. From the moment I made contact Charlotte was extremely helpful and very patient with my multiple changes. She recommended the best hotel I have ever stayed in and was perfect for what I was looking. She was very knowledgeable from day one and ended up helping me book one of the best trips I can remember for a long time. I will definitely be booking with Charlotte in the future and would highly recommend anyone looking for a tailored holiday to contact her. Thanks again

I would definitely recommend Canadian Sky as a tour operator but that is entirely due to the wonderful service and attention to detail that Simone provided. I made the first phone call really only knowing that I wanted to go to Canada for two weeks and spend some time in Vancouver. She went to so much trouble sourcing information on several different options and I always got the impression that nothing was too much trouble for her to make me the customer happy. She offered different possibilities and was very patient while I made up my mind. We eventually decided on an itinerary and she made sure that everything was organised so well thus enabling us to have a stress free holiday. Thank you so much and I do hope to use your company again in the future

We booked our honeymoon to Kenya (Safari), Zanzibar and Dubai with tropical sky and cannot rate them highly enough. Sejal was our travel advisor and she recommended a fantastic custom itinerary for us.

Booked our dream holiday to Cancun, Mexico via the Tropical Sky Dublin office. Our travel consultant was Helen and I couldn't express how highly I recommend. Helen went above and beyond to offer us the best possible service finding the best package for us she literally took care of everything I had no worries and felt very confident/comfortable travelling abroad after her organisation. Highly recommend these guys!
