The cashier was very helpful with answering all of our questions

I went to the one at JTB and Phillips the wait was really long .There was alot of young volleyball players with us .
They felt very uncomfortable the way the older African American manager was
Staring at them .
He was rude yelling saying inappropriate stuff 😒.
Looked sweaty and dirty..
Food was not good at all melted smoothies, smashed food

I waited here for about 40 minutes and people kept coming in and getting their food before me.

Great customer service, friendly and clean environment. Best smoothies, tropical dragon passion is the best!! I come here at least 3 times a week.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding an unresolved issue with an order I placed on June 15 via the Tropical Smoothie app (Order #35991998104141824). The order was never delivered, despite the app marking it as completed.

I have taken the following steps to resolve the issue:

Called the store multiple times – no answer.

Submitted three online complaints.

Called customer service multiple times and was promised follow-up, which never happened.

To be clear:

No delivery occurred.

There is no photo evidence of delivery from DoorDash.

I have security cameras, and no one ever came to my door.

I have been more than patient, but this is absolutely unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate refund to the original payment method. Please do not delay this matter further.

We went to tropical smoothie Café today and there is this really kind girl. Her name is Leah and if you ever have Leah, she is the best so if you have Leah ask her how her day is and say that to girls love and appreciate her.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Went into Tropical Smoothie in the morning. Only person in there. Girl was not feeling it today. Why doesn’t any of the people that work there never ask for your phone number so they can promote the reward program, because the employees don’t care. At least that’s the impression it makes and so the attitude.

Hello my name is DaZarriah Malloy. I sent my coworker to fire house sub to purchase me a salad because I was busy at work around 10:18 am but she came back with tropical smoothie. When I went over to tropical smoothie to let them know that this was the wrong purchase I was told by the manager disrespectfully that I couldn’t receive my money back but she would take the food back. She told me that “ I’m not getting any money back but I will take the food and to leave the establishment before she do something to me”. I was very scared for my life and she also told that “ I’m not getting a refund so get the f out” I felt very threatened!

Ordered a smoothie online to be delivered. They apparently ran out of the smoothie I ordered, but charged me anyway and refused to refund me. Not happy at all. Did not even offer a free smoothie next time I go in. The manager refused to help me. I will no longer be going to this restaurant. There is no way on the app to dispute the charge. This is the Tropical Smoothie on Highland Rd in Waterford, MI.

Their app doesn’t allow you to redeem your point if you are getting delivery even though it states on the app to redeem but it doesn’t offer a number with the bar code!!!! They have you running around like a rat on a wheel with their ineffective app!! It’s aggravating at BEST!!! I removed the app from my phone I’m so infuriated with this substandard business. HORRIBLE 🤯

Ordered at the wrong address by accident. (Location - An hour away.) 29455 N Cave Creek Road, Suite 124 AZ. I noticed immediately after placing my online order. I called all many times that evening and even the next day to cancel or refund my order. All phone calls went to voice mail. I left detailed messages with my phone number. No call back, no nothing. They just kept my money - $40. This has soured me on the Tropical Smoothie brand.

Love this place. They make amazing smoothies and the service is so fast.

I ordered a blueberry bliss smoothie and compared to the others I’ve had this one was very watery. I was disappointed.

This is the first time in months of being a loyal customer of the shop in Madison, MS that I will give a horrible experience review! I ordered my smoothies on the app and got there 20 minutes after the time that they were set to be picked up. I got there & sent my daughter in and 10 minutes later went in. Found a little white boy just then making my order and talking to three African American friends that were sitting there. I was raving mad as I was never addressed, thanked, nor was even looked at! The boy was super slow and steady talking to his friends and when we exited, his friend laughed at my daughter who happens to have autism and this was part of her therapy!!! They can kiss my assets as I am done!!!!

I am a regular customer, I stop every morning before going to work. Well I was visiting the drive which sometimes takes for ever and then when I get to the window they are out of the Acai bowls. This has happened more than once. Now I order on line and it's still not ready when I get there, and what makes it even worse my order is not correct once I get to work. I had to put it in the freezer because it was soupy. I call them and they said come back and they will redo it, I told them I was at work and I only eat them in the morning. I think I will wait a while before visiting them.

SINCE MAY 16 I’VE TRIED TO GET A HOLD OF YOU PEOPLE FOR MISSING POINTS FROM A TRANSACTION THAT WAS MADE THAT DAY ITS ALREADY THE 20th THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS IF YOU PEOPLE DONT WANT TO GIVE PEOPLE THEIR MISSING POINTS THEN I SUGGEST YOU REMOVE THE LOYALTIES REWARD PROGRAM ALWAYS HAS A PROBLEM ALWAYS DOESNT REDEEM ON TIME YOU DONT SEE THIS IN OTHER STORES LIKE STAR BUCKS.

I went to get my online order and they didn’t have it finished then it was given 1/4 empty and to make it worse I went to the app to get my rewards and it said the code had already been used. Not happy

I made a big mess with my smoothie and, the employee was so nice and made me another one that was free, I didn't have much money on me, so I gave an 8 dollar tip, but employees are very nice... (also the smoothies r BANGER)

Everytune u have gone to several locations all employees have been very nice .
Haven't been in a couple months went this morning g and I can not believe how small the breakfest wrap git it us a 1/3 of the size it has been . I know that food prices have effected the food industry but changing what you were doing doesn't help people keep coming back . People still expect what you have showed them and why they go to you place of business to begin with

I pulled up to tropical Café and went to winter garden Maguire on 50 and my host was Jeff. He was very polite. Very nice. Very patient with me since I haven’t been here in years. He recommended a couple things to me and told me what was good and I can say the customer service here was very pleasant, I will return soon 10 out of 10
