BE WARNED Stay away from TROPICANZA SITE, it’s by far the worst site I’ve ever played on,you deposit no bother,but every deposit you make you bank will charge you,I 2on and tried to withdraw to my Visa card,said I couldn’t use Visa to withdraw,I would have to open a virtual Revolut account,which I did,then they started to mess me about,would not except my screenshots,I the emailed them still no withdrawal, I ended up closing my account with them Don’t go Anywhere near this site

Have never signed up to this company or used any other sites for online gambling.
Mobile number has been obtained illegally they send messages with their company name as the title and links directly to their website.
When questioned they allways says it’s not them and someone else.
Highly frustrating and clearly an online scam breaching all rules and regulations regarding personal data.

This casino is certainly not one i would use EVER again.

I deposited a total of 2800 euros and was playing slots to which i won a total of £17000 euros.

I then went to make a withdrawal to which i received an email stating that i had violated the terms of their use. (AKA i won too much money) on a slot machine.

When calling the team they advised that i was using a pyramid scam technique because i was varying my betting amounts. I simply responded with i increased my bets depending on my available balance in my account.

I then asked them to show me in the T&C's where it states i am unable to do this. They could not. I then requested i had my original deposit at least refunded as if they are refusing to pay out my winnings i require all my money back as the contract between the two of us states i deposit money to then be able to withdraw my winnings. They advised that due to me using my deposit on their website that they were also unable to refund me my deposit.

All in all it's safe to say they do not pay out when you win which is literally the only point of using a casino right?

The advisor i spoke to said that i was absolutely able to increase my bets per spin but not in the way i was doing it? Even though i wagered most of my balance on the highest betting denomination which is clearly me trying to scam the casino isn't it?

This site takes forever to make withdrawals. When you make a withdrawal request the money remains in your account and requests are only actioned after at least 36 hours. Games selection is good but payout is exceptionally low. If you can use a different casino.
